鼻声反射及鼻阻力测量在维、汉民族成年男性鼻中隔偏曲患者中的对比分析

【摘要】:目的:研究汉族与维吾尔族成年男性鼻中隔偏曲患者鼻声反射(AR)及鼻阻力(RM)测量值之间的差异以及各测量值之间的相关性,试图寻找能反应鼻中隔偏曲程度的客观指标。方法:收集新疆自治区人民医院住院病人中诊断为鼻中隔偏曲的汉族和维吾尔族成年男性患者102例,其中汉族患者44例,维族患者58例。记录用前鼻主动测压法测量鼻压差为150Pa时的阻塞侧与非阻塞侧鼻腔RM值及鼻腔总RM值,分别记录AR检查双侧鼻腔第一狭窄面积(Min1)、第二狭窄面积(Min2)、最小截面积(MCA)及其到前鼻孔的距离(DCAN),0~2cm、2~5cm、0-~5cm鼻腔容积(V0~2、V2~5、VO~5)。对上述结果进行统计学处理,并进行相关性分析。结果:1.均值比较(1)鼻阻力:汉族与维吾尔族患者的R总、R租塞、R非阻塞存在统计学差异(具体数值见表1),鼻腔阻力维族患者明显大于汉族患者。(2)鼻腔容积:非阻塞侧V0-2两民族间差异无统计学意义,V2-5、V0-5维族患者大于汉族患者,两民族间差异有统计学意义。阻塞侧V0~2、V2~5及V0~5两民族间差异均无统计学意义(具体数值见表2)。(3)鼻腔截面积:两民族患者阻塞侧与非阻塞侧Min1、Min2、MCA及DCAN差异均无统计学意义(具体数值见表2)。2.相关性分析(1)R总与双侧鼻腔总容积无明显相关(r=0.172,P0.05)。(2)R总与非阻塞侧V0~2、V2~5、V0~5呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.323、0.255、0.300,P0.01),与该侧鼻腔Min1、Min2、MCA无明显相关;R总与阻塞侧VO~2、V2~5、V0-5及该侧Min1、Min2、MCA无明显相关,但有负相关趋势。(3)R非阻塞与同侧V0~2、V2~5、V0-5显著正相关(r值分别为0.319、0.265、0.308,P0.01),与同侧最小截面积MCA非阻塞无明显统计学相关性,但有负相关趋势。(4)R阻塞与同侧V0~2、V2~5、V0~5无明显统计学相关性,但有负相关趋势。R阻塞与同侧最小截面积MCA阻塞呈现负相关(r值为-0.219,P0.05)。结论:来我院就诊的维吾尔族与汉族成年男性鼻中隔偏曲患者鼻中隔偏曲程度存在差异,整体来说维族患者较汉族患者偏曲程度更为严重。鼻阻力与鼻声反射测量结果有一定相关性,两者联合应用一定程度上可以反映患者鼻腔功能状况。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the difference of nasal acoustic reflex (ARN) and nasal resistance (RM) between Han and Uygur adult men and the correlation between the measured values, and to find out the objective index which can reflect the degree of nasal septum deviation. Methods: 102 Han and Uygur adult male patients with nasal septum deviation diagnosed in Xinjiang people's Hospital were collected, including 44 Han and 58 Uygur patients. The RM value of nasal cavity and the total RM value of nasal cavity were measured when nasal pressure difference was 150Pa. The first narrow area of bilateral nasal cavity, the second narrow area and the minimum cross section area were recorded respectively. The distance to the anterior nostril was 2 cm ~ 2 cm ~ 0 ~ 5 cm volume of nasal cavity volume of V _ 0 ~ (2) T _ (2) V _ (2) T _ (5) V _ (5) V _ (5) V _ (5). The above results were statistically processed and the correlation analysis was carried out. The result is 1: 1. Nasal resistance: there was a statistical difference between Han and Uygur patients in R total R Tsendron R nonobstruction (see Table 1, the nasal resistance in Uygur patients was significantly larger than that in Han nationality patients.) nasal volume: the non-obstructive side was V0-2. There was no significant difference between the two ethnic groups. The difference between the two nationalities is statistically significant. There was no significant difference in nasal sectional area between the two groups (see Table 2n. 3): there was no significant difference in MCA and DCAN between the patients with obstructive side and non-obstructive side (see Table 2. 2). Correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between total nasal cavity volume and total volume of bilateral nasal cavity. There was no significant positive correlation between the total R and the non-occlusive side V02V2O5V05. The positive correlation was 0.3230.2550.300P0.01. there was no significant correlation between the total R and the V00-5 of the obstructed side and the V00-5 of the M1Min2Momus, and there was no significant correlation between the total MCA and the V00-5 of the obstructed side and the V00-5 of the M1Min2Mcanner of the obstructed side of the nasal cavity, and there was no significant correlation between the total R and the MCA of the bilateral nasal cavity (P < 0.01). However, there was a negative correlation between non-blocking and ipsilateral V _ 0 ~ (2) V _ (2V _ (2) ~ (5) V _ (0-5). The significant positive correlation r values were 0.319 ~ (0.265) ~ (0.308) (P ~ (0.01), respectively. There was no significant statistical correlation with the ipsilateral minimum cross-sectional area (MCA) non-obstruction, but there was no significant correlation between the negative correlation trend and the ipsilateral V _ (0) ~ (2V _ (2) V _ (25) V _ (0) P _ (0). However, there was a negative correlation between the negative trend of .R obstruction and the ipsilateral minimum cross-sectional area (MCA) occlusion. The negative correlation r value was -0.219m (P0.05). Conclusion: the degree of nasal septum deviation is different between Uygur and Han adult males, and the degree of deviation is more serious in Uygur than in Han nationality. The nasal resistance was correlated with the results of nasal acoustic reflex measurement, and the combined use of both could reflect the nasal function of the patients to a certain extent.
