内镜下鼻中隔矫正术2种鼻腔填塞法的比较

【摘要】:正鼻中隔矫正术是鼻内镜常规手术中的一种,在手术结束时需对双侧鼻腔进行填塞,从达到止血并促使鼻中隔术后创面闭合的目的。传统的鼻腔填塞物为凡士林纱条,虽能起到机械压迫止血作用并有效促使鼻中隔术创闭合〔1〕,但填塞期间患者鼻部肿胀、头痛等不适明显,在术后取出填塞材料时易擦伤鼻黏膜,引起鼻腔出血,且不利于鼻黏膜功能的恢复。我院自2012年开始在鼻内镜鼻中隔矫正术中使用胶套海绵作为鼻腔填塞材料,并与凡士林
[Abstract]:Orthopaedic surgery of nasal septum is one of the routine nasal endoscopic procedures. At the end of the operation, the bilateral nasal cavity should be filled in order to achieve the purpose of hemostasis and to promote the wound closure after nasal septum surgery. The traditional nasal packing is vaseline gauze. Although it can play the role of mechanical compression and hemostasis and can effectively promote the closure of nasal septum surgery (1), the nasal swelling, headache and other discomfort are obvious during the packing period. It is easy to scratch nasal mucosa and cause nasal bleeding, which is not conducive to the recovery of nasal mucosal function.
