老年性聋防治的研究进展

【摘要】：正老年性聋是伴随着年龄增长出现的听觉器官退行性改变,其病理表现主要为耳蜗毛细胞和螺旋神经节细胞的凋亡,临床表现为由高频向言语频率缓慢进行的双侧对称性感音神经性聋,伴或不伴耳鸣,多数人言语识别率降低,特别是在噪声中言语识别更加困难,严重影响老年人的生活质量。据估计,全世界65~75岁的老年人中有25%受到老年性聋的困扰,而在75岁以上的老年人中,该比例高达70%~80%,到2050年,全世界将有9亿老年人罹患老
[Abstract]:Positive presbycusis is a degenerative change of auditory organ accompanying with age. Its pathological manifestation is mainly apoptosis of cochlear hair cells and spiral ganglion cells. The clinical manifestations are bilateral symmetric sensorineural hearing loss with or without tinnitus, which is slow from high frequency to speech frequency. The speech recognition rate of most people decreases, especially in noise, which seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly. It is estimated that 25 per cent of the world's 65 to 75 years of age suffer from deafness, compared with 70 per cent for those over 75 years of age, and 900 million older people worldwide by 2050
