突发性耳聋与血脂及血液流变学的相关性分析

【摘要】：目的探讨突发性耳聋的发病轻重程度、疗效与血脂及血液流变学之间的相关性。方法比较220例突发性耳聋患者(230耳)的治疗前听阈和胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度、血黏度、全血低切黏度的相关性。根据疗效,将所有样本分为有效组和无效组,回顾性比较两组治疗前的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度、血黏度、全血低切黏度差异有无统计学意义(P0.05)。结果突发性耳聋的发病轻重程度与LDL-C、血黏比度呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关。有效组与无效组入院时TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、血黏度、全血低切黏度比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论突发性耳聋的发病轻重程度、疗效与血脂和血液流变学密切相关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the severity of sudden deafness and blood lipid and hemorheology. Methods before treatment, hearing threshold, cholesterol (TC), triacylglycerol (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and whole blood middle shear viscosity were compared in 220 patients with sudden deafness. Correlation of high shear viscosity, blood viscosity and low shear viscosity of whole blood. According to the curative effect, all samples were divided into effective group and ineffective group. The whole blood middle shear viscosity, high shear viscosity and blood viscosity of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C, before treatment were retrospectively compared between the two groups. The difference of whole blood low shear viscosity was statistically significant (P0.05). Results the severity of sudden deafness was positively correlated with the degree of blood viscosity of LDL-C, and negatively correlated with HDL-C. There was significant difference in TG,HDL-C,LDL-C, blood viscosity and whole blood low shear viscosity between the effective group and the ineffective group (P0.05). Conclusion the severity and efficacy of sudden deafness are closely related to blood lipid and hemorheology.
