以阿司匹林为例试论西药中药化研究的可行性

【摘要】：阿司匹林作为历史悠久的解热镇痛西药,同时也是急性风湿热、抑制血小板聚集的首选药物。运用中药药性理论对其"中药化"的可能性加以分析得出:阿司匹林属寒凉之性,味酸略苦,归肺、肝、肾、脾诸经;根据"药类法象"理论研究,可归于"风药"之属;根据用量、归经的不同,轻则清凉透热,重则燥湿止痛,亦有活血通络的"动药"特性。基于此,阿司匹林作为"风药"适用于多系统、多病症,是一味药性复杂、功效丰富的"中药"。
[Abstract]:Aspirin, as a western medicine with a long history of antipyretic and analgesic action, is also the first choice for the treatment of acute rheumatic fever and the inhibition of platelet aggregation. By analyzing the possibility of its "herbal medicine" by using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, it is concluded that aspirin is cold and cool. Sour and bitter, to the lungs, liver, kidney, spleen, etc. According to the theoretical study of "medicine method image", it can be classified as "wind medicine"; according to the dosage and different meridian, light is cool, permeate heat, heavy dryness, dampness and pain, Based on this, aspirin as a "wind medicine" is suitable for multi-system, multi-disease, is a complex drug, efficacy rich "Chinese medicine."
