【摘要】：快速建议指南是一种重要的指南类型,对现有证据(尤其是系统评价/Meta分析)进行快速检索、评估的基础上,进行证据分级,形成推荐意见。相对于标准指南,其花费少,制作周期短,然偏倚风险高。但相对专家共识,具有较低的偏倚风险。在缺乏制定标准指南条件下,快速建议指南不失为一种有效工具用于制定临床实践指南。本文将以《基于肠促胰素治疗药物临床应用的快速建议指南》为例,介绍该快速建议指南的制作方法和过程:如临床问题和结局指标的收集及确定,证据的获取和评价及推荐意见的共识等,为快速建议指南的制定提供方法学指导。
[Abstract]:The Quick recommendations Guide is an important type of guidance that quickly retrieves the available evidence (especially the systematic review / meta analysis), classifies the evidence on the basis of the assessment, and forms recommendations. It costs less than the standard guidelines. Short production cycle, high risk of bias, but relatively low risk of bias. In the absence of standard guidelines, The Quick advice Guide is an effective tool for developing clinical practice guidelines. This article will take the Rapid recommendation Guide for Clinical use of Enteropancreatin-Based drugs as an example. This paper introduces the method and process of making the rapid recommendation guidelines, such as the collection and determination of clinical problems and outcome indicators, the acquisition and evaluation of evidence and the consensus of recommendations, etc., which provides methodological guidance for the development of rapid recommendation guidelines.
