【摘要】:目的建立了银杏磷脂软胶囊中12种黄酮类化合物的超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱法(UPLC-Q-TOFMS)快速筛查方法。方法银杏磷脂软胶囊甲醇提取物分析以Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7μm)为色谱柱;以乙腈(A)-0.1%甲酸溶液(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;体积流量0.2 m L/min;质谱定性采用飞行时间质谱,负离子模式扫描。结果在优化的液质联用条件下,通过对照品、数据库匹配及文献数据,鉴定出银杏磷脂软胶囊中12个黄酮类化合物为(1)3-O-[6-O-(α-L-rhamnosyl)-β-D-glucosyl]-3'-methymyricetin,(2)rhamnosyl-glucosyl methymyricetin,(3)quercetin 3-O-[2-O,6-O bis(α-L-rhamnosyl)-β-D-glucoside],(4)quercetin 3-O-[6-O-(α-L-rhamnosyl)-β-D-glucoside],(5)quercetin 3-O-[2-O-(β-D-quercetin 3-O-[2-O-(β-D-glucosyl)-α-L-rhamnoside],(6)Kaempferol 3-O-[6-O-(α-L-rhamnosyl)-β-D-glucoside],(7)rhamnosyl-glucosyl-apigenin,(8)apigenin7-O-(β-D-glucosyl)(9)槲皮素(quercetin)、(10)芹菜素(apigenin)、(11)山柰酚(kaempferol)及(12)异鼠李素(isorhamnetin)。结论该方法可作为测定银杏磷脂软胶囊总黄酮的手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a rapid screening method for 12 flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba soft capsules by UPLC-Q-TOFMS.Methods the methanol extract of Ginkgo biloba soft capsule was analyzed on Agilent Poroshell 120 EC-C18(2.1 mm 脳 100mm ~ (2.7 渭 m) column, acetonitrile (A) -0.1% formic acid solution (B) was used as mobile phase, volume flow rate was 0.2 mL / min, mass spectrometry was used for qualitative analysis by time-of-flight mass spectrometry (TF-MS), and negative ion mode scanning was used.Results under the optimized conditions of liquid-mass spectrometry, reference substance, database matching and literature data were used.閴村畾鍑洪摱鏉忕7鑴傝蒋鑳跺泭涓,
