【摘要】：正乙酸巴多昔芬(bazedoxifene acetate,1),化学名1-[4-[2-(环己亚胺基-1-基)乙氧基]苄基]-2-(4-羟基苯基)-3-甲基-1H-吲哚-5-酚乙酸盐,是Wyeth公司研制的第三代选择性雌激素受体调节药,于2009年4月首次在欧洲上市,主要用于治疗女性绝经后的骨质疏松症。与同类药物相比,1疗效更好、安全性更高,具有广阔的市场前景~([1])。
[Abstract]:Bazedoxifene acetate, chemical name 1- [4- [2-( cyclohexylamino-1-yl) ethoxy] benzyl] -2-oxy 4-hydroxyphenyl -3-methyl-1H-indole -5-phenolic acetate, is the third generation selective estrogen receptor regulator developed by Wyeth Company, and its chemical name is 1- [4- [2-( cyclohexylaminyl-1-yl) ethoxy] benzyl] -2-oxy-4-hydroxyphenyl -3-methyl-1H-indole -5-phenolic acetate, which is the third generation of selective estrogen receptor regulator developed by Wyeth. First launched in Europe in April 2009, mainly for treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women. Compared with the similar drugs, it has better efficacy and higher safety, and has a broad market prospect ([1]).
