药品医保支付标准形成的数据采集与标准化研究

【摘要】：药品医保支付标准形成的核心要义是"发现价格",即依托药品市场大数据发现真实药品价格。但是,目前医保药品信息管理上存在平台建设落后、字段和编码标准化水平低等问题,严重影响药品数据采集能力。本文从药品数据采集问题出发,针对采购平台对接、医疗机构上报等四种数据采集模式,通过对药品信息字段和编码标准化问题的深入剖析,提出医保药品信息标准化建设的可操作性建议,为医保支付标准形成奠定信息基础。
[Abstract]:The key to the formation of the standard of medical insurance payment is "discovery price", that is, to find the real drug price by relying on the drug market big data. However, there are some problems in the management of medical information, such as backward platform construction, low standardization of fields and codes, which seriously affect the ability of drug data collection. In this paper, starting from the problem of drug data collection, aiming at four kinds of data acquisition modes, such as purchasing platform docking and medical institution reporting, through the in-depth analysis of drug information field and coding standardization, The paper puts forward the operable suggestions for the standardization of medical insurance drug information, and lays the information foundation for the formation of medical insurance payment standard.
