抗菌肽MUC7联合双歧杆菌体外抗真菌研究

【摘要】:目的探讨抗菌肽粘蛋白7(MUC7)联合双歧杆菌体外抗真菌作用。方法制备双歧杆菌与真菌菌悬液,采用活菌计数法和牛津小杯法检测双歧杆菌及其联合MUC7的抗真菌能力。结果双歧杆菌/MUC7组对白色假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌、克柔假丝酵母菌和近平滑假丝酵母菌均表现出有效的抗真菌效果,活菌计数法其菌落数分别为2.00±1.13、2.00±1.42、5.00±2.03、2.00±1.39,少于生理盐水组和双歧杆菌组(P0.01),MUC7组与生理盐水组、双歧杆菌组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);牛津小杯法其抑菌圈分别为(29.00±2.17)、(31.00±3.25)、(29.00±2.89)、(30.00±3.36)mm,与生理盐水组和双歧杆菌组、MUC7组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论抗菌肽MUC7联合双歧杆菌表现出良好的抗真菌效果,为进一步研究新一代抗真菌双歧制剂奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the antifungal effect of antimicrobial peptide mucin 7 (MUC 7) combined with Bifidobacterium in vitro. Methods Bifidobacterium and fungal suspensions were prepared. The antifungal ability of Bifidobacterium and its combination MUC7 was detected by living bacteria count and Oxford Cup method. Results Bifidobacterium / MUC7 group showed effective antifungal effects on Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis, Candida krorostris and Candida smoothing. The count of live bacteria was 2.00 卤1.13 卤1.42 卤1.42 卤2.00 卤2.03U 2.00 卤1.39, which was less than that of normal saline group and bifidobacterium group (P0.01), MUC7 group and normal saline group. There was significant difference between the bifidobacterium group and the control group (P0.05), and the inhibitory zone of Oxford cup method was (29.00 卤2.17), (卤3.25), (卤2.00 卤2.89), (30.00 卤3.36) mm, which was significantly different from that of normal saline group and Bifidobacterium group (P0.05). Conclusion the antimicrobial peptide MUC7 combined with Bifidobacterium has a good antifungal effect, which lays a foundation for the further study of a new generation of antifungal bifidobacteria.
