国际多中心临床试验监管指南研究报告

【摘要】：随着药物研发全球化,国际多中心临床试验(multi-regional clinical trial,MRCT)日益受到重视。MRCT的实施可以加快新药同步研发,使得当试验结果用于多个监管机构注册审评时,维持试验设计在相同水平的科学严谨性;同时可以优化宝贵的患者资源和减少不必要的研发费用。但MRCT也给各国药品监管带来了挑战,不少国家,包括中国和国际组织如ICH都出台过相关的规定。本文对比了美国、欧盟和日本的MRCT监管要求,介绍了ICH相关指导原则及其与中国监管要求的异同,以期对我国MRCT的监管工作有所启发。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of drug development, more and more attention has been paid to the implementation of international multi-center clinical trials (multi-regional clinical TrialCenter-MRCTs), which can speed up the simultaneous development of new drugs, so that when the results of the trials are used for the registration and review of multiple regulatory bodies, Maintain experimental design at the same level of scientific rigor; at the same time optimize valuable patient resources and reduce unnecessary R & D costs. But the MRCT has also brought challenges to drug regulation in many countries, including China and international organizations such as the ICH. This paper compares the MRCT regulatory requirements of the United States, the European Union and Japan, introduces the relevant guiding principles of ICH and their similarities and differences with the regulatory requirements of China, in order to enlighten the supervision of MRCT in China.
