【摘要】：正1临床资料患者,男,26岁,2013年10月25日在工作中不慎被机器挤伤右小腿,右小腿内侧出血,骨质外露。急至当地医院就诊,给予急症手术治疗、抗感染,伤口情况未见明显好转。10月31日来我院就诊,以"右小腿挤压伤术后感染"收住院。入院后给予换药处理,完善各项检查。查体:体温36.6℃,脉搏78次/min,呼吸17次/min,血压141/71 mmHg(1mmHg=0.133 kPa),右小腿前内侧可见纵行切口,长约30cm,宽5~10 cm,创面上下两端中间可见植皮痕,大部分植
