FTIR定量分析维生素C制剂的制样方法研究

【摘要】:将维生素C固体制剂溶于水,过滤后所得溶液定量注射到KBr基质中,80℃烘干后,研磨,过筛,分别采用KBr压片法和漫反射法测定维生素C制剂中抗坏血酸的含量。选择1754 cm-1处的酯羰基伸缩振动吸收峰作为定量吸收峰,以1728~1782 cm-1范围内的峰面积评估吸光度,其值与抗坏血酸的质量分数呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.999和0.997。KBr压片法和漫反射法测定3种市售维生素C制剂中抗坏血酸含量,结果与碘量法一致;相对标准偏差分别≤4.2%(n=3)和≤4.6%(n=10),加标回收率分别为98.8%和101%。FTIR定量分析中采用新型制样方法有效避免了辅料的干扰,可实现维生素C固体制剂中抗坏血酸含量的准确测定,分析结果的重现性也得到了提高。
