一种新型PDE-5抑制剂衍生物的发现及结构鉴定

【摘要】:基于超高效液相色谱电喷雾四极杆飞行时间串联质谱联用(UPLC-DAD-QTOF-MS)技术检出某保健酒中非法添加了一种磷酸二酯酶-5(PDE-5)抑制剂衍生物,经制备液相色谱分离纯化,采用UPLC-DADQTOF-MS、核磁共振(NMR)和红外光谱(IR)技术对其进行了分析和结构鉴定,确定其为一种新型艾地那非衍生物,国内外均未见报道。
[Abstract]:A phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor derivative was detected by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) electrospray quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-DAD-QTOF-MS) technique. UPLC-DADQTOF-MS, NMR (NMR) and IR (IR) techniques were used to analyze and identify its structure. It was identified as a new kind of Edenafil derivative, which has not been reported at home and abroad.
