800例Ⅰ类切口手术围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况

【摘要】：采用回顾性方法,收集我院2014年1月至12月出院的Ⅰ类切口手术患者病历共800份,对患者一般资料及抗菌药物应用相关指标等进行分析。Ⅰ类切口手术应用抗菌药物不合理现象依然存在,医院必须加强对医务人员抗菌药物合理使用相关知识的培训,同时应对围手术期抗菌药物的治疗性应用与预防性应用给予同样重视,才能使抗菌药物的使用更加合理。
