红霉素眼膏中红霉素组分测定的研究

【摘要】：目的为更好地评价国内红霉素眼膏的质量,建立测定红霉素眼膏中红霉素组分的方法。方法建立并优化提取方法,采用高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定红霉素组分。结果采用p H7.0磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇(1:1)进行一步萃取,提取效果较好;经过方法学验证试验,该方法可用于测定红霉素眼膏中红霉素组分测定。结论本文建立的提取和测定方法为红霉素眼膏质量控制提供了较好的分析方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the determination of erythromycin in erythromycin eye ointment in order to evaluate the quality of domestic erythromycin eye ointment. Methods the extraction method was established and optimized for the determination of erythromycin components by high performance liquid chromatography gradient elution. Results one-step extraction with pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution-methanol (1:1) proved to be a good method for the determination of erythromycin components in erythromycin eye ointment. Conclusion the extraction and determination method established in this paper provides a good analytical method for the quality control of erythromycin ophthalmic ointment.
