110所医院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率的综合评价

【摘要】：目的综合评价多中心样本医院的Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率。方法基于区域医疗大数据,获取110所样本医院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率,采用常规统计方法和TOPSIS法对不同层级医院使用水平进行比较。结果计139 617例手术病例纳入统计,常规统计Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率为41.87%。样本医院10项Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率为17.08%,使用率最高的手术为输卵管切除术、开颅血肿清除手术、髋关节置换术,均在80%以上。结论采用常规统计方法仅能整体上或从单项手术方面反映医院抗菌药物预防使用的状况,而TOPSIS法更适合对医院使用水平进行综合评价,目前一些医院部分Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率仍偏高。
