我国生物医药产业集群发展的资源支持力研究

【摘要】：本文旨在定义生物医药产业集群的资源支持力的科学内涵,构建生物医药产业集群资源支持力的评价指标体系,探讨影响生物医药产业集群发展的关键资源。从物质资源、社会资源、服务资源等7个方面构建了生物医药产业集群资源支持力评价指标体系,基于97份有效问卷的专家赋值评分,根据层次分析法设定指标权重。从准则层看,政府政策资源是生物医药产业集群的资源支持力的最大影响因素,而社会资源则相对最弱。此外,区位条件、科技资源和境外资源等因素亦是影响生物医药产业集群的重要资源支持力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to define the scientific connotation of resource support power of biomedical industrial cluster, to construct the evaluation index system of resource support power of biomedical industrial cluster, and to explore the key resources that affect the development of biomedical industrial cluster. The evaluation index system of resource support ability of biomedical industry cluster was constructed from seven aspects: material resources, social resources and service resources. Based on the expert assignment score of 97 valid questionnaires, the index weight was set according to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). From the standard level, government policy resources are the biggest influencing factors of resource support of biomedical industry clusters, while social resources are the weakest. In addition, location conditions, scientific and technological resources and foreign resources are also important resource support for biomedical industry clusters.
