中小学科学“国培计划”质量指标体系的探索

【摘要】：中小学教师国家级培训计划,简称"国培计划",由教育部、财政部于2010年全面实施,是提高中小学教师特别是农村教师队伍整体素质的重要举措。有研究者通过对现行"国培计划"实施的调查,立足于"国培计划"实施的初衷,在肯定"国培计划"对教师教育积极性的基础上,指出在"国培计划"实施中存在的问题,并着重从中小学科学"国培计划"质量指标体系制定的科学性、合理性、可行性方面提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:The national training program for primary and secondary school teachers, referred to as "national training plan", is implemented by the Ministry of education and the Ministry of Finance in 2010. It is an important measure to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers, especially the rural teachers. Investigation on the current implementation of the "national training plan" by researchers, based on the "national training plan" implementation of the original intention, based on that the "national training plan" of teacher education initiative, are pointed out in the "national training plan" in the implementation of the problem, and focus on the primary and secondary science "of China. Plan quality index system of the science, rationality and feasibility suggestions.
