【摘要】:美国历来重视教育标准化建设,鼓励教育革新。优质的基础教育是实现"美国梦"的重要基础,但NCLB所倡导的教育改革演变成了一场"考试运动",阻碍了学生的多样化发展,抑制了学校的办学活力。新签署的ESSA将教育管理权归还各州,推行扩大学前教育规模,制定为大学和就业做好准备的高学术标准,促进教师专业发展,为学生提供多样化评价机制等措施,以提高基础教育办学质量,帮助"每个学生都成功"。对我国教育改革与发展而言,这意味着教育优质均衡发展已成为世界共同的追求,教育发展必须激发地方办学活力,要注重学生信息技术教育,建立创新性学生评价机制。
