【摘要】:语言是完成教学任务的主要工具,运用具有科学性和教育性的教学语言来进行教学是一名优秀教师的必备能力之一。提问作为教学语言中的重要组成部分,既能够启发诱导学生的思维,又能够促进课堂活动的有效开展,在整个课堂教学中发挥着不可替代的作用。因此,教师不可忽视提问的价值与教学意义,要高度重视对提问的有效运用。具体落实到语文学科上来,语文教学所要培养的重要目标之一是阅读能力,阅读教学作为培养学生阅读能力的主阵地占据着语文教学活动中的重要位置,因此,笔者对于提问的研究主要从阅读教学方面入手。那么,什么样的阅读教学课堂提问才是有效的?语文教师又应该怎样操作课堂提问以求达到理想的提问效果呢?我们可以从名师的身上寻找答案,名师作为教师队伍里的优秀教师,在教学的舞台上闪耀着独特的光辉,在素质教育改革中发挥着先锋者的引路作用。他们甘为人梯、无私奉献,他们积极探索、勇于创新,他们科学的教学理念以及经典的教学实践都是我们教学研究的宝贵财富,通过对名师成功教学案例的整理与分析,将名师的提问艺术作为广大教师可以参考与学习的对象,启发我们的语文教师挖掘出自己在阅读教学课堂提问方面的潜力。本文以名师在阅读教学课堂提问上的优秀示范为切入点,主要使用的研究方法有文献法、案例分析法、课堂观察法,旨在归纳与总结名师的提问方法与技巧等,并且将结合语文阅读教学的教学实际生成一些如何提高阅读教学课堂提问水平的浅显建议,希望能够拉近广大语文教师与名师的距离,加深语文教师对于阅读教学课堂提问的认识,提高语文教师的阅读教学课堂提问水平,优化阅读教学的课堂教学效果,最终促进学生的发展与进步。本文主要分为四个部分:第一部分是简要介绍了“名师阅读教学课堂提问”里涉及到的相关概念名词,为后面的展开论述作铺垫。第二部分是尝试着对钱梦龙、余映潮、李卫东各具特色的提问风格分别进行分析与总结,针对每种风格分别阐述相应的提问特点与方式,结合着具体的教学案例对三位名师各自炉火纯青的提问艺术展开论述。第三部分是通过研究与分析名师的优秀教学案例,总结与归纳出一些提问方法与技巧,主要从提问之前的问题设计与课堂上如何实施提问两个大方面分别介绍。第四部分是我们从名师身上可以获取的关于阅读教学课堂提问的启示,课堂提问除了要关注提问技巧与方法之外还应关注一些在提问过程中可能会遇到的问题等,提问水平的提升要从全方位做起。笔者希望能够通过这篇论文,启发我们的普通语文教师认识到向名师学习的重要性,鼓励他们努力提升自己的提问水平,争取能够形成自己的提问风格,缩短与名师之间的差距,找到一条适合自己的语文教学发展之路。
[Abstract]:Language is the main tool to complete the teaching task. It is one of the essential abilities of an excellent teacher to use the scientific and educational teaching language. Questioning is an important part of the teaching language. It can not only enlighten students to think, but also promote the effective development of classroom activities, and play an irreplaceable role in the whole classroom teaching. Therefore, teachers should not ignore the value and teaching significance of questioning. It is necessary to attach great importance to the effective use of questioning. It should be put into practice in the subject of Chinese. One of the important goals of Chinese teaching is reading ability. As the main position of cultivating students' reading ability, reading teaching occupies an important position in Chinese teaching activities. What kind of reading teaching classroom questioning is effective? How should the Chinese teacher operate the classroom questioning in order to achieve the ideal questioning effect? We can look for the answers from the famous teachers. As the excellent teachers in the teaching team, the famous teachers are shining unique brilliance on the stage of teaching. They play a leading role in the reform of quality education. They are willing to be people's ladder, selfless dedication, they actively explore, dare to innovate. Their scientific teaching ideas and classical teaching practices are valuable wealth of our teaching research through the collation and analysis of successful teaching cases of famous teachers. The art of asking questions from famous teachers is regarded as the object of reference and study for teachers. Enlighten our Chinese teachers to excavate their own potential in reading teaching classroom questioning. This paper takes the excellent demonstration of famous teachers in reading teaching classroom questioning as the breakthrough point, the main research methods are literature method. Case analysis method, classroom observation method, aims to sum up and summarize the famous teachers' questioning methods and skills, and so on. And will be combined with the teaching of Chinese reading teaching to generate some simple suggestions on how to improve the reading teaching classroom questioning, hoping to close the distance between the vast number of Chinese teachers and famous teachers. Deepen Chinese teachers' understanding of reading teaching classroom questioning, improve the Chinese teachers' reading teaching classroom questioning level, optimize the reading teaching classroom teaching results. Finally promote the development and progress of students. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is a brief introduction to the "famous teachers reading teaching classroom questions" related concepts. The second part is trying to analyze and summarize the unique questioning styles of Qian Menglong, Yu Yingchao and Li Weidong. According to each style, the characteristics and methods of asking questions are elaborated. Combined with the specific teaching cases of the three famous teachers each of the fine art of questioning to discuss. The third part is through the research and analysis of the outstanding teaching cases of famous teachers summed up and summed up some methods and skills of questioning. Mainly from the question design before the question and how to implement the question in the classroom two big aspects respectively introduces. 4th part is we can obtain from the famous teacher on the reading teaching classroom question enlightenment. In addition to asking questions in class, we should pay attention to some problems that may be encountered in the process of questioning. The improvement of the level of questioning should start from all directions. I hope to be able to pass this paper. Enlighten our ordinary Chinese teachers to recognize the importance of learning from famous teachers, encourage them to strive to improve their level of questioning, strive to form their own style of questioning, and shorten the gap between famous teachers. Find a suitable way for the development of Chinese teaching.
