【摘要】:随着我国教育改革的不断推进,高中思想政治课教师也需要转变教学理念,适应新课程的要求。新课程改革要求教师要重视学生各方面的发展潜力,尊重个性差异,这就与“皮格马利翁效应”的原理相契合。“皮格马利翁效应”是教师基于对学生现状的认识,对学生未来可能的表现产生合理期望,然后以各种直接或间接的方式传递期望。学生根据教师所传递的各种信息调整其行为以迎合教师的期望,使最开始的期望得以实现,当期望实现以后,又进一步强化了最初的期望,形成良性循环。运用“皮格马利翁效应”有利于促进教师更新教育理念,调动学生的情感因素,发挥他们的主体作用,最大限度地激发学生的学习潜能,符合新课程改革的要求。将“皮格马利翁效应”的原理与高中思想政治课教学活动相融合,对于激发学生对思想政治课程学习的兴趣,提高学生的思想政治知识水平,帮助教师实现教学目标具有不可忽视的作用。因此,本研究对探究“皮格马利翁效应”在高中思想政治课的运用有着重要的现实意义。本文开篇对研究的背景与意义、国内外现状、思路与方法、创新与不足进行了简要介绍。然后通过对“皮格马利翁效应”的由来、功能、过程、原则这四个方面的概述,以及对高中思想政治课教学中运用“皮格马利翁效应”的理论基础和重要意义的阐述,为高中思想政治课教学中运用“皮格马利翁效应”提供充足的理论前提。其次,通过对某校高中思想政治课教学中“皮格马利翁效应”运用情况的调查分析,发现“皮格马利翁效应”在思想政治课教学过程中存在教育观念有待改变、课堂氛围有待改善、鼓励方式有待提高等一系列问题。再次,根据当前的问题从认识当今高中生的特点、发挥教师的主体作用、营造民主和谐的互动氛围、激发学生的学习兴趣和运用鼓励赞扬的教学方法这五个角度提出解决对策。最后,根据本文对在高中思想政治课教学中运用“皮格马利翁效应”的理论研究与对策探讨,设计教学案例,为思想政治课教师在教学中运用“皮格马利翁效应”提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With China's education reform, high school ideological and political teachers also need to change the teaching idea, adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum. The new curriculum reform requires teachers to pay more attention to the development potential of all aspects of students, respect for individual differences, this principle "and had Marley Weng effect" fit. This thesis begins with the background and significance of the research, the status quo at home and abroad, ideas and methods, innovations and shortcomings are briefly introduced. Then based on" had Marley Weng effect "the origin, function, process, principle of these four aspects, and expounds the theoretical basis of" had Marley Weng "effect and significance of Ideological and political courses in high school, To provide adequate theoretical premise for the high school thought political lesson teaching in the use of "had Marley Weng effect". Secondly, according to a senior middle school ideological and political teaching "had Marley Weng effect" with the investigation and analysis, found that "had Marley Weng effect" in the ideological and political education in the process of education needs to be changed. The classroom atmosphere needs to be improved, a series of problems need to be encouraged to improve. Thirdly, according to the current problems from the understanding of the characteristics of today's high school students, teachers play the main role, create a democratic and harmonious atmosphere for interaction, and puts forward countermeasures to stimulate students' interest in learning and using the teaching method of encouragement and praised the five angles. Finally, according to the this paper discusses the application of the theory and policy had Marley Weng effect "in the high school ideological and political teaching, design of teaching cases, teachers for ideological and political governance In the teaching using "had Marley Weng effect" to provide a reference.
