【摘要】：在校园中“低头族”可以说是随处可见,长时间的盯着手机就会对健康造成伤害,可同学们对健康问题不够重视,没有意识到事情的严重性,这是由于健康教育的不完善所造成的。体育健康教育是通过体育教育的手段,对学生体育知识、体育技术和体育技能的传授,学习健康知识,使之掌握必要的体育健身的方式方法,通过健身活动,提高学生体质与身心的健康水平,促进其健康意识的培养与完善,达到身心健康发展的一系列教育过程。体育健康教育课程把卫生保健、运动知识等内容与体育教学结合在一起,让学生在体育课中获得健康知识,培养学生养成良好的体育卫生习惯,形成健康的行为和生活方式,可以改善学生存在的生活健康问题,所以体育健康教育对中等职业学校学生有非常重要的意义。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对邢台市职业学校体育健康教育课程的开展情况、校领导对体育健康教育认识、学生对体育健康教育态度、体育健康教育教材使用、体育教师师资情况等问题进行调查,探寻在开展过程中存在的问题,并对问题分析后提出解决的办法,来促进体育健康教育的开展,增强广大师生的健康意识,提高健康水平,改善和提高中职学校体育健康教育状况,为正在实施的体育教学改革提供一些参考。本文研究得出的结论如下:经过调查三所学校都开设了体育与健康课程,每周可按教学计划进行教学,同学们积极主动配合教师完成教学目标,从课堂中学到体育技术,并参与到锻炼中。但是三所学校中极少有教师将健康知识渗透到教学中去,都是传统的教学方式,只注重体育基本技术教学,体育健康教育没有得到发展。体育健康教育课程还是以学会、会做为目标,没有确定“健康第一”的目标;课程内容多在身体健康、社会适应、体育知识方面讲解,心理健康内容讲解较少;课程实施仍按照传统的教育方式、方法授课,运用新手段较少,教材内容陈旧,不能满足需要。课程的评价上,大多数学生认为课程对健康是有帮助的,但是对教师传授内容和学生所想得到的内容有差距。促进邢台市中等职业学校体育健康教育课程开展的对策:转变学校传统观念,重视体育健康教育,明确课程目标,将“健康第一”作为教学目标之一;设计专门的体育健康教育教材,内容多设计所学专业的保健知识,轻竞技内容;以学生为中心,体现学生的主要位置,课程要根据学生之间的差异及所学专业不同,设计教学内容;提高体育健康教育师资水平就要多进行体育健康知识的培训,教师要转变思想加强自身的学习;举办有益心理健康的体育活动,多进行集体性的项目,让问题学生打开心扉,纠正错误心理;开展多种形式的健康教育活动,营造健康的学校氛围。

This article research conclusion After investigation are as follows: three schools have opened the physical education and health curriculum, teaching according to the teaching plan for a week, the students actively cooperate with the teacher to complete the teaching goal, the school sports technology, and to participate in the exercise.
