初中英语教学中师生关系现状的调查研究

【摘要】:师生关系一般指教师与学生之间以情感、认知和行为交往为主要表现形式的动态心理关系。融洽的师生关系不仅能促进教育教学活动顺利开展,有效达成教育教学目标,也会对学生的身心发展产生深刻的影响。师生关系一直是国内外教育研究热点之一,也取得了一些富有成效的研究,然而针对我国英语教学中初中生的师生关系现状调查研究仍较匮乏。希望本研究有助于英语教师更全面地认识初中英语教学中师生关系存在的问题,为解决师生关系问题提供借鉴。本文的研究对象是烟台和泰安两所初中的400名学生和50名英语老师。通过问卷调查和访谈的研究方法,研究了以下问题:1.师生对初中英语教学中的师生关系的态度和满意度如何?2.从四种类型的师生关系(即逃避型,斗争型,亲密型,依赖型)考量目前初中英语教学中师生关系的现状如何?通过对数据的分析,笔者得出以下主要发现:1.绝大多数老师和大部分学生对师生关系持积极的态度,但仍有百分之十左右学生对与英语老师的关系持消极的态度。一半以上的学生和老师对目前师生关系感到满意,但仍有接近五分之一的老师和同学对目前的师生关系状况不满意。2.四种类型的师生关系得分率从高到低依次是:(1)学生问卷:亲密型(4.89)、依赖型(3.28)、逃避型(2.88)、斗争型(2.18)(2)教师问卷:亲密性(4.56)、依赖型(3.9)、逃避型(2.96)、斗争型(2.86)。研究调查发现,教师问卷和学生问卷的结果大体一致。目前初中英语教学中的师生关系以亲密性和依赖型为主,但逃避型和斗争型师生关系仍占有一定比重。大部分学生与英语教师是亲密型师生关系,师生之间互相关心,互相尊重。学生与教师之间的依赖性并不显著,大部分学生有问题时不会首先想到老师。逃避型师生关系会影响着英语教学,部分学生上课从来不主动回答问题,课下也不愿意交流等。由于初中生的认知和心理等特点,学生容易与教师形成斗争型师生关系,教师体罚、讽刺学生的现象仍然存在,接近一半的教师表示还是喜欢学习成绩好的学生,部分学生也会在私下给老师起外号。为了使师生关系更好地服务于初中英语教学,笔者也为英语教师提出了一些构建良好师生关系的参考性建议。
[Abstract]:Generally speaking, teacher-student relationship refers to the dynamic psychological relationship between teachers and students with emotion, cognition and behavior communication as the main forms. Harmonious teacher-student relationship can not only promote the smooth development of educational activities. Effective achievement of educational and teaching objectives will also have a profound impact on the physical and mental development of students. The teacher-student relationship has always been one of the hot spots of educational research at home and abroad, and has also made some fruitful research. However, there is still a lack of research on the teacher-student relationship among junior high school students in English teaching in China. It is hoped that this study will help English teachers to fully understand the problems existing in teacher-student relations in junior high school English teaching. In order to solve the problem of teacher-student relationship, the research object of this paper is 400 students and 50 English teachers from two junior middle schools in Yantai and Tai'an. This paper studies the following question: 1. What is the attitude and satisfaction of teachers and students towards the teacher-student relationship in junior high school English teaching? 2. What is the current situation of teacher-student relationship in junior middle school English teaching from four types of teacher-student relationship (namely, escape, struggle, intimacy and dependence)? Through the analysis of the data, the author draws the following main findings: 1. Most teachers and most students have a positive attitude towards teacher-student relations. However, about 10% students still have a negative attitude towards the relationship with English teachers. More than half of the students and teachers are satisfied with the current teacher-student relationship. But there are still nearly 1/5 teachers and students dissatisfied with the current situation of teacher-student relationship. 2.The score rate of four types of teacher-student relationship from high to low is: 1) Student questionnaire: intimate type 4.89). Dependence (3.28%), escape (2.88), struggle (2.18 / 2) teacher questionnaire: closeness (4.56), dependence (3.9), escape (2.96). The research shows that the results of teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire are basically the same. At present, the teacher-student relationship in junior middle school English teaching is mainly related to intimacy and dependence. Most of the students and English teachers are close teachers and students, teachers and students care about each other and respect each other. The dependence between students and teachers is not significant. Most students do not think of teachers first when they have questions. The escape teacher-student relationship will affect English teaching, and some students will never answer questions actively in class. Due to the cognitive and psychological characteristics of junior high school students, students are easy to form a struggle between teachers and teachers, teachers corporal punishment, irony of students still exist. Nearly half of the teachers said they still prefer students with good grades, and some of the students will give the teacher a nickname in private in order to make the teacher-student relationship better serve the junior high school English teaching. The author also puts forward some reference suggestions for English teachers to build a good teacher-student relationship.
