【摘要】：在当今应试教育的大局下,考高分成了学生学习的全部意义,而忽视了对知识的灵活掌握及深入理解。为促进学生的全面发展,对知识的灵活掌握,笔者就人教版高中生物《分子与细胞》这本教材的生物学原理进行了总结,并对生物学教学方法进行了归纳,包括将生物学原理与教学方法结合在一起进行教学案例的分析,并对其与教师用书进行比较。本论文共五部分。第一部分是研究方法,采用文献研究法、经验总结法、教育测量法和教育实验法进行生物学教育的研究。对教材、学生、生物学教育的研究方法进行简要的概述。教学科研是衡量一个国家教育发展水平的重要标志,生物学教学研究是教育工作者按照一定的条件和途径,依据一定的价值观和方法论,有目的、有计划、有系统地认识生物学教学现象。第二部分是研究内容,本部分首先对人教版高中中的生物学原理进行了一个简要的概述,然后对教材《分子与细胞》涉及到的生物学原理进行分类、归纳要点、并总结出其中的逻辑关系。第三部分是研究结果分析,在本部分笔者制定了四例教学设计,并实施于一线教学。通过与教师用书的教学方法比较,对实验者进行测试,得出实验结果并进行讨论。学习教师教学用书的长处,对自己所制订的教学方法进行改进,取其精华,去其糟粕,以求更加完美,更加容易被学生所接受的教学方式,并实施与实际教学方案中。第四部分是研究结论,提出对教师用书的改进意见。最后第五部分是不足与展望,反思了此次探究过程中存在的不足。
