山东省高级中学开设气排球课程的可行性研究

【摘要】：高中体育课程改革的过程中,开设一些技术较为简单、难度低、娱乐性较强、社会流行的,适合青少年身心需要的项目。起源于我国铁路退休职工游戏的气排球运动是从排球运动衍生而来的,它继承了排球的运动健身功能观赏价值,同时具有自己独特娱乐性和休闲价值。气排球具有球体大、球质软、飞行慢、易控制、伤害少、趣味高、娱乐强、适合人群广等特点,在全国各省市迅速流行,成为老年人中最为喜爱的健身修心的休闲运动项目,参与的人群越来趋于年轻化,逐步向青少年学生推广和普及。气排球运动的特点和功能与现代高中学生的身体特点和心理特点非常的吻合,能够满足高中学生的运动需要,培养他们的运动习惯和兴趣。所以,气排球运动进入高中校园体育课堂具有可行性。本文通过文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计法等研究方法,对山东省部分普通高级中学气排球课程开设情况进行了调查、分析研究,重点对山东省高级中学开设气排球课程的可行性进行了分析和论证,同时探析了山东高级中学开设气排球课程的已经具备的有利条件和面临的问题和困难,提出了针对性的建议和措施,从而推动气排球运动在山东省高中校园得到更好地推广和普及。通过分析调查结果,得出以下的观点:1.气排球运动是集健身和娱乐与一体的、修身养心的项目,它的特点和价值适合所有人群参与,这些特点和功能有利于促进高中阶段青少年身心健康和社会适应能力的提高,满足青少年运动健身的需要。2.气排球运动在山东省高级中学还处于空白状态,学校开设的课程还是以篮球、足球、田径等传统项目为主,学校领导不了解、不重视气排球运动。3.山东省高级中学具有充足专业体育教师和排球教师,具有一定数量的排球场地和羽毛球场地等基础设备,具备了开设气排球的人才资源和物质条件。4.校园“阳光体育运动计划”的实施,为高中校园开设气排球运动提供了最好的锲机。5.气排球运动进入高中校园,是校园体育课程发展的必然结果;是气排球运动本身的特点和价值的最终要求;是“全民健身计划”和“终身体育”运动的必然体现。6.影响山东省高级中学开设气排球课程的因素主要有:缺少相关的教材和教学大纲;各级教育主管部门和学校领导不重视体育学科、没有积极宣传气排球运动项目;缺少必要的经费支持;在校园体育中受到传统项目的压制;学校缺少专业的气排球教师和专业场地;天气和气候地影响。建议:1.教育主管部门编写适合高中学校体育课程的气排球教材,把气排球运动纳入到高中学校的体育课程教学计划。2.山东省教育部门和体育部门重视校园体育运动,增加必要的体育活动经费;多渠道的宣传气排球,开展多样式气排球比赛,把气排球运动项目列入山东省各级中学体育联赛。3.组织多种形式的气排球内容的培训,重视体育教师的培训和学习,鼓励体育教师特别是青年教师参加气排球运动的培训和学习。4.学校领导重视体育课程和气排球运动,积极推动气排球的开展和普及;组织教师编写校本教材。5.山东省内各师范大学的体育学院、体育系等体育专业高等院校开设气排球课程,培养一批高素质的气排球专业的人才后备力量。6.学习、借鉴气排球运动开展较好省市的成功经验,结合山东省气排球运动现状,选择部分高级中学试点开设气排球,然后在全省高中学校普及。
