阳光体育视域下贵州省望谟县部分中学课余体育现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】:现代教育对学校体育提出了新的要求,即学校体育要为学生的终身体育打好基础,为学生主动地进行体育学习创造条件。课余体育是学校体育的重要组成部分,在全面实施素质教育的今天,越来越显示出课外体育活动在培养学生的综合素质中具有独特的作用。体育课与课外体育活动相结合是实现学校体育终极目标的前提条件,也是开展“阳光体育运动”的关键。1990年颁布的《学校体育工作条例》要求:“普通中小学校、农业中学、职业中学等每天应当安排课间操,每周安排三次以上的课余体育活动,保证学生每天有一小时体育活动的时间(含体育课)”。1995国务院颁布的《中华人民共和国体育法》规定“学校应当组织多种形式的课余体育活动,开展课外训练和体育竞赛”。学生在课余时间里,运用各种身体练习和多种方法手段,以发展身体素质、增进健康、提高运动技术水平和丰富业余文化生活为目的而进行的多种形式内容的体育教育活动。它主要包括早操、课间操、班级体育活动、课余体育训练、竞赛等多种组织形式和内容。本文以望谟县5所中学课余体育现状和发展趋势为研究对象,通过问卷法、访谈法、数理统计等研究方法,对望谟县5所中学的500名学生和25名体育教师进行了调查研究,调查的主要内容包括:场地设施、参训学生、培训的教师、态度、领导的意见看法、以及资金等情况进行了调查与分析。本研究旨在通过理论与实际相结合,以望谟县部分中学参与课余体育锻炼情况为切入点,提供督导、检查等方面的有效数据,进而发现影响望谟县中生参与课余体育锻炼的相关因素,提出解决问题的对策,积极探索符合我县县情、适合我县中生课余体育锻炼的锻炼模式。这对于提高望谟县中学生的身体素质、增强其身心健康、促进德、智、体、全面发展以及为学生终身体育的养成都将具有重要的现实意义。(1)望谟县部分中学学校组织的早操、课间操、班级体育活动等内容,缺乏创新性并且存在时常被占用的现象,在一定程度上导致了学生参与两操锻炼的积极性不是很高。(2)望谟县部分中学学生的参与动机主要集中在了强身健体、休闲娱乐、宣泄情绪等方面。参与态度方面,初中生较为积极,且男生参与积极性明显高于女生。(3)影响望谟县部分中学学生参与课余体育锻炼的因素主要是学生自身因素、管理因素、教师因素和场地设施因素,其中学生自身因素、场地设施因素排在了前两位。(4)学校领导和体育教师要加强体育教学组织管理;提高教师素质,定期开展专业培训;加强场地及器材维护及资金投入;营造良好的校园体育文化氛围。
[Abstract]:Modern education has put forward new requirements for school physical education, that is, school physical education should lay a good foundation for students' lifelong physical education and create conditions for students to take the initiative to study physical education. Extracurricular physical education is an important part of school physical education. Nowadays, the comprehensive implementation of quality education shows that extracurricular sports activities play a unique role in cultivating students' comprehensive quality. The combination of physical education and extracurricular sports activities is the precondition to realize the ultimate goal of school physical education. It is also the key to carrying out "Sunshine Sports". The regulations on School physical Education issued in 1990 require: "ordinary primary and secondary schools, agricultural middle schools, vocational schools, etc., should arrange classes every day and arrange more than three after-school sports activities per week," Ensure that students have one hour of physical activity every day (including physical education) ".The P.E. Law of the people's Republic of China promulgated by the State Council in 1995 stipulates that" the school shall organize various forms of after-school sports activities, To carry out extracurricular training and sports competitions ". In their spare time, students use various physical exercises and various methods to develop their physical fitness and improve their health. A variety of physical education activities aimed at improving sports skills and enriching amateur cultural life. It mainly includes morning exercises, class exercises, class sports activities, and after-school sports training. The present situation and development trend of after-school sports in 5 middle schools in Wangmo County are taken as the research objects. Through questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods, A survey was conducted on 500 students and 25 PE teachers in 5 middle schools in Wangmo County. The main contents of the investigation included: venue facilities, training students, trained teachers, attitudes and opinions of the leaders. The purpose of this study is to combine theory with practice, to provide effective data on supervision and inspection in some middle schools in Wangmo County by taking part in extracurricular physical exercise as the starting point. Furthermore, the author finds out the relevant factors that affect the students' participation in after-school physical exercise in Wangmo County, puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems, and actively explores the situation of our county. It is suitable for the physical training mode of secondary school students in our county. It can improve the physical quality of middle school students in Wangmo County, enhance their physical and mental health, and promote their moral, intellectual, physical and mental health. Comprehensive development and the cultivation of lifelong physical education for students will have important practical significance.) the contents of morning exercises, class exercises and class sports activities organized by some middle schools in Wangmo County are lack of innovation and often occupied. To a certain extent, the enthusiasm of students to participate in two exercises is not very high.) the participation motivation of some middle school students in Wangmo County is mainly concentrated in the aspects of physical fitness, leisure and entertainment, catharsis and so on. Junior high school students are more active, and male students' participation enthusiasm is obviously higher than female students.) the main factors that affect the students' participation in physical exercise after school in Wangmo County are students themselves, management factors, teachers and facilities. Among them, the factors of students themselves and venue facilities rank first two.) School leaders and physical education teachers should strengthen the organization and management of physical education teaching, improve the quality of teachers, carry out regular professional training, strengthen the maintenance of venues and equipment and invest funds. Create a good campus sports culture atmosphere.
