新疆生产建设兵团中学民族健身操校本课程建设的可行性研究

【摘要】:强化学校体育是实施素质教育、促进学生全面发展的重要途径,对于促进教育现代化、建设健康中国和人力资源强国,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有重要意义。《体育与健康》课程标准(修订稿2011年)中指出:在实施课程标准的过程中,各地、各校可根据标准的要求分别制定地方体育与健康课程实施方案和学校体育与健康课程实施计划,教师应根据实际情况合理设计并有效实施体育与健康课的教学,提高教学质量。校本课程是以学校为基础的,针对当地和本校教师的实际情况、学生的需要和兴趣而开发的供学生选择的多样化的课程。民族健身操具有民族性、健身性等特点,针对不同水平段的学生教授不同的内容,不仅有利于利于学生了解家乡少数民族的文化,促进民族团结,还能有效的推广和传播民族文化。对于民族健身操进入进行兵团中学校本课程的研究是响应时代的号召,跟随政策的趋势,挖掘和弘扬民族传统运动项目的需要。本研究着眼于新疆兵团中学的体育课程内容,选取了新疆第二师的兵团中学为样本,采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计、逻辑分析等多种研究方法对民族健身操引入新疆兵团中学校本课程是否具有可行性进行了研究分析,结合主观方面与客观方面的可行性研究,最后得出如下结论:(1)该课程响应国家政策和新疆当地的实际情况,在新疆兵团中学发展具有一定的优势。(2)民族健身操引入新疆兵团中学校本课程建设具有必要性。从新疆兵团中学的体育教学内容和现状方面,学生的兴趣方面等来分析,都显示该课程的引入具有一定的必要性。(3)民族健身操引入新疆兵团中学校本课程建设具有可行性。从主观方面来说,校领导、教师、学生对于想要学习民族健身操认识上虽然略有欠缺,但是都对民族健身操的学习意愿上大多表示认同。从客观方面来说,国家的政策制度对于校本课程的开展是大力支持的。在课程内容方面,民族健身操的定义,特点,应用价值等非常符合新疆兵团的地方文化,适合当地学生的学习,新疆兵团中学也大多没有开展过民族健身操课程的学习。在师资方面,新疆兵团中学的专门人才较少,但是相近专业的人才资源较丰富,为民族健身操的开展创造了可能性。最后在场地器材设施方面,新疆兵团中学基本都可以满足民族健身操课程的开展。因其具有可行性,那么在校本课程建设的过程中需采用以下策略帮助其开展:(1)学校领导应高度重视学生的素质体质发展,支持新课程的开展及推广;(2)多方联手培养学生的参与热情和学习兴趣;(3)适当投入经费,改善教学环境;(4)定期总结与反馈。
[Abstract]:Strengthening school physical education is an important way to carry out quality education and promote the all-round development of students. It can promote the modernization of education and build a healthy China and a powerful human resource country. Chinese Dream, who has realized the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, is of great significance. In the Curriculum Standards for physical Education and Health (2011 revised draft), it is pointed out that in the course of implementing the curriculum standards, Each school may draw up the local physical education and health curriculum implementation plan and the school physical education and health curriculum implementation plan separately according to the standard request, the teacher should reasonably design and carry out the physical education and health lesson teaching according to the actual situation. To improve the quality of teaching. School-based courses are school-based courses developed for students to choose from in accordance with the actual conditions of local and local teachers, students' needs and interests. National aerobics have a national character. According to the characteristics of fitness, students at different levels teach different contents, which is not only helpful for students to understand the culture of minority nationalities in their hometown, but also promote national unity. It can also effectively promote and spread national culture. The research on the entry of national aerobics into the school-based curriculum of Bingtuan Middle School responds to the call of the times and follows the trend of policy. This research focuses on the physical education curriculum content of Xinjiang bingtuan middle school, selects the Xinjiang 2nd division of bingtuan middle school as the sample, adopts the literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, etc. Logic analysis and other research methods have studied the feasibility of introducing national calisthenics into the school-based curriculum of Xinjiang Bingtuan Middle School, combining the feasibility study of subjective and objective aspects. Finally, we draw the following conclusion: 1) the course responds to national policies and the actual situation in Xinjiang. The development of Xinjiang bingtuan middle school has some advantages. (2) it is necessary to introduce national aerobics into the construction of school-based curriculum in Xinjiang bingtuan middle school. This paper analyzes the content and present situation of physical education in Xinjiang bingtuan middle school, the interest of students, etc. Both show that the introduction of this curriculum is necessary.) it is feasible for ethnic aerobics to be introduced into the school-based curriculum construction of Xinjiang Bingtuan Middle School. Subjectively speaking, the school leaders and teachers, Although there is a slight lack of understanding of the students who want to study national aerobics, most of them agree with their willingness to learn national aerobics. Objectively speaking, The state policy system is strongly supportive of the development of school-based courses. In terms of curriculum content, the definition, characteristics, and application value of national aerobics are very consistent with the local culture of Xinjiang Bingtuan and are suitable for the study of local students. Most of Xinjiang Bingtuan Middle Schools have not conducted the study of national calisthenics courses. In terms of teachers, Xinjiang Bingtuan Middle School has fewer specialized personnel, but similar professional talent resources are more abundant. It has created the possibility for the development of national aerobics. Finally, in the field equipment and facilities, Xinjiang bingtuan middle school can basically satisfy the development of the national aerobics course. Because of its feasibility, Well, in the course of school-based curriculum construction, the following strategies should be adopted to help them carry out the "1: 1") School leaders should attach great importance to the development of students' physical quality.
