情境教学模式在中学太极拳教学中的应用研究

【摘要】:太极拳是我们中华民族传统文化载体下创造出的一种刚柔相济、阴阳结合的武术套路。它随着时代的发展,在不断的发展过程中,历经了数多个阶段的蜕变而形成了当今我们所看到的集防身、健身、养身于一体的体育项目,它无论是增强练习者的身体素质,还是提高其思想道德修养都具有重要意义,由此成为我国普及程度最高的一种武术艺术形式。中学生正处于生理快速成长和心理逐步成熟的阶段,适当的武术教育对其身心健康成长具有重要意义。2010年8月国家教育部办公厅联合国家体育总局办公厅下发的《全国中小学生系列武术健身操》明确提出了中小学实施武术教育的意义、方式与策略。在此背景下,广大中小学校不仅积极开展国家统一规定的武术健身操教学活动,而且也进一步加强对太极拳的教育活动,部分地区甚至还将其纳入中招体育加试之中。然而深入了解分析,由于各方面原因,当前中学太极拳教学效果并不理想,与预期的教学目标相去甚远。文章以“情境教学模式在中学太极拳教学中的应用研究”为题,在简要论述情境教学的基本概念、教学特征、教学手段、教学模式以及中学太极拳教学的内容特点、教学对象特征和所存在问题的基础上,通过实验的方式,系统的设计了中学太极拳情境教学模式的实验教学目标、实验教学内容、实验教学策略、实验教学实施方式与评价方式等进行实践。据此对实验组与对照组得出的数据进行了调查统计、对比分析和讨论。文章主要得出以下几个结论:1.在中学太极拳教学中引用境教学模式的教学效果要优于传统的教学模式;2.情境教学模式具有明确的目的性、鲜明的针对性、独特的技巧性与形象的直观性,通过创设情境、引入情境、体验情境、拓展情境与再现情境五个步骤实施具体的情境教学活动;3.本文将情境教学分为实物情境和语言情境作为核心的教学内容,采用设计手段和教学类型,以学生参与和互动为核心,灵活实施情境教学方案;4.运用情境教学模式提高了学生的身体素质水平,并在技能水平、情感水平与认知水平方面都要明显优于对照组。结合以上的研究内容,文章提出教师在教学过程中一定要根据教学目标、教学内容与教学对象特征情况,预先制定情境教学计划,熟悉教材内容,不可死板硬套。并不断提高自身的技术水平和综合素质,积极探索情境教学模式的设计与实施活动。而且教师在课堂上要时刻观察教学对象的学习兴趣、进度与效果的情况,对情境教学模式中的部分教学内容与教学方法进行灵活转变,以实现太极拳情境教学效果最优化。另外,授课中在遵守情境教学步骤的同时,也可结合其他教学手段,正确把握运用,从而提高教学的效果。最后,建议将情境教学模式引入到其他武术项目的教学和训练中去,不断探索和实践,从而完善情景教学模式在武术中的运用,构建出科学完善的武术情境教学体系。无论情境教学模式在太极拳教学的运用中成功与否,都可以给体育教学方面提供新的思路,也为进一步推动武术教学的改革提供参考和实践支持。

According to the above research, the teachers in the teaching process must be based on the teaching objectives, teaching content and teaching object characteristics, advance the development of situational teaching plan, familiar with the teaching material content, not rigid rigidly. And continuously improve their technical level and comprehensive quality, and actively explore and implement activities design of situational teaching model. And the teacher in the classroom to observe the teaching objects of interest in learning, progress and effect, flexible change on the part of the teaching content and teaching method of situational teaching mode, in order to achieve optimal effect of Taiji boxing teaching. Finally, suggestions will be situational teaching Learning mode into other martial arts teaching and training, continuous exploration and practice, so as to improve the use of situational teaching mode in Wushu, build a scientific and perfect system of Wushu situational teaching. Whether the situational teaching model of success in the use of Taijiquan teaching or not, can provide new ideas to the sports teaching also, provide support and practical reference to further promote the reform of Wushu teaching.
