湖南省体育高考生术科考试考前焦虑对运动成绩的影响分析

【摘要】:“体育高考”是一项非常重要的考试,受到广大考生、家长和社会各界的高度重视,体育术科考试成绩的高低直接影响考生对理想大学的抉择。体育术科测试是针对体育类考生的一种特定的考试方式,它既是一种测试也是一种比赛和竞争。体育高考生是一类同时兼顾文化学习和专业训练的运动员,学习和训练任务繁重,体育术科测试对他们的神经系统和心理状态影响重大,考生良好的心理素质、机能状态有助于他们在测试中获得理想的运动成绩。因此,通过研究体育高考生的考前焦虑状态情况和深入分析焦虑对运动成绩的影响,可以为运动心理学研究提供实证参考,有利于丰富考前焦虑状态的研究价值,提高教练员对考生进行针对性心理训练的重视度,为教练员了解和改善体育高考生的心理、躯体状态提供理论参考和策略指导,也为以后相关方面的研究提供研究的过程、方法和分析的研究参考。本研究了运用文献法,数理统计法、对比分析法等,选取2014年、2015年湖南省体育高考生作为被试对象进行问卷调查,将收集到的数据运用SPSSl7.O统计软件进行分析处理,并采用单因素方差分析、T检验、信度分析及相关分析法等了解湖南体育术科考试中高考生的考前焦虑状态,探讨考生考试前的焦虑特征及考试焦虑与运动成绩的关系,研究优异运动成绩的获得与合适的焦虑水平的关系。研究结论如下:1在性别上,体育高考生的考前焦虑水平没有显著性差异,女生的认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑水平高于男生,女生的状态自信心水平低于男生。2在训练年限上,体育高考生的认知焦虑水平,躯体焦虑水平和状态自信心水平无显著性差异。3文科男女体育高考生的认知状态焦虑水平表现出了显著性的性别差异。4体育高考生的认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑与他们的运动成绩存在负相关关系,而状态自信心水平与他们的体育高考运动成绩存在正相关关系,但三者与运动成绩均不存在显著性的相关性。
[Abstract]:Physical Education College entrance examination is a very important examination, which is highly valued by the vast number of candidates, parents and all walks of life. The results of the physical education examination directly affect the candidates' choice of the ideal university. Physical education test is a special examination method for sports examinee. It is not only a kind of test but also a kind of competition and competition. Physical education college entrance examination students are a kind of athletes who give consideration to both cultural study and professional training. The task of learning and training is heavy. The physical examination has a great influence on their nervous system and mental state, and the examinee has good psychological quality. Functional status helps them achieve their desired performance in the test. Therefore, by studying the state of pre-examination anxiety of college students and deeply analyzing the influence of anxiety on sports achievement, we can provide an empirical reference for sports psychology research, which is helpful to enrich the research value of pre-examination anxiety. To improve the attention of coaches to the targeted psychological training of examinees, to provide theoretical reference and strategic guidance for coaches to understand and improve the psychology and physical state of college entrance examination students, and also to provide the research process for related research in the future. Methods and analytical references. This research uses the literature method, the mathematical statistics method, the contrast analysis method and so on, selects the 2014, 2015 Hunan province physical education college entrance examination student as the research object carries on the questionnaire investigation, will collect the data to carry on the analysis processing by the SPSSl7.O statistical software. By means of single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA), reliability analysis and correlation analysis, the anxiety state of college entrance examination students in Hunan P.E. was studied, and the characteristics of anxiety before examination and the relationship between test anxiety and sports achievement were discussed. To study the relationship between the achievement of excellent sports performance and the appropriate level of anxiety. The results show that there is no significant difference in the pretest anxiety level of PE college entrance examination students in the gender, the cognitive state anxiety, the somatic state anxiety level of female students are higher than that of male students, and the state self-confidence level of female students is lower than that of male students in training years. The cognitive anxiety level of college entrance examination students, There was no significant difference between somatic anxiety level and state self-confidence level. 3 Cognitive state anxiety level of male and female students in physical education college entrance examination showed significant gender difference .4 Cognitive state anxiety of physical education college entrance examination students. There was a negative correlation between somatic state anxiety and their sports performance, while there was a positive correlation between state confidence level and their sports performance in college entrance examination, but there was no significant correlation among them.
