基于反馈原理的高中数学教学策略研究

【摘要】:高中数学课程总目标:使学生在九年义务教育课程的基础上,进一步提高作为未来公民所必要的数学素养,以满足个人发展与社会进步的需要。进一步提高学生数学素养的教育教学活动主要发生在高中数学课堂教学中。因此,我们必须关注高中数学课堂教学的质量和效率。教学反馈是指师生对从对方获得的信息进行分析、加工,再将输出的信息作用于对方。教学反馈具有诊断、调控、激励等功能。教学反馈是提高高中数学课堂质量和效率的有效手段和重要策略。高中数学教师应当重视教学过程中的反馈信息,及时发现教学中存在的问题,对教学活动进行调控和矫正,提高教学质量和效率。本文首先通过文献法对国内外教学反馈问题的相关研究进行了综述,并对教学反馈的概念和理论基础进行了探究;其次,通过学生问卷调查和教师访谈的方法对普通县镇高中教学反馈的现状及原因进行了调查、分析,发现这些高中数学教学反馈存在一些问题,如教师主导反馈、学生参与度较低等,这在很大程度上限制了有效教学反馈功能的发挥,导致教学效率低下。据此,提出了一些反馈原则及调控策略,如教师应当从教学设计、课堂教学及课后反思三方面来提高教学反馈意识,并从教学案例设计的方面说明策略的可行性和有效性;最后,对所研究工作进行了总结和反思。希望通过本文的研究,能够使高中数学教师认识到教学反馈的重要性,调整自身的教学反馈行为,创造性地进行数学教学活动,提高课堂效率和教学质量。
[Abstract]:The general goal of mathematics curriculum in senior high school is to enable students to further improve the mathematics literacy necessary for future citizens on the basis of the nine-year compulsory education curriculum in order to meet the needs of personal development and social progress. The educational and teaching activities to further improve students' mathematics literacy mainly take place in high school mathematics classroom teaching. Therefore, we must pay attention to the high school mathematics classroom teaching quality and efficiency. Teaching feedback means that teachers and students analyze and process the information obtained from the other party and then affect the output information on the other side. Teaching feedback has the functions of diagnosis, regulation and encouragement. Teaching feedback is an effective means and important strategy to improve the quality and efficiency of high school mathematics class. The high school mathematics teachers should pay attention to the feedback information in the teaching process, find the problems in the teaching in time, regulate and correct the teaching activities, and improve the teaching quality and efficiency. Firstly, this paper summarizes the related research on teaching feedback at home and abroad, and probes into the concept and theoretical basis of teaching feedback. By means of student questionnaire and teacher interview, this paper investigates the present situation and causes of teaching feedback in senior high schools in ordinary counties and towns, and finds out that there are some problems in the feedback, such as teacher-led feedback. Students' participation is low, which limits the function of effective teaching feedback to a great extent and leads to the inefficiency of teaching. On this basis, some feedback principles and control strategies are put forward, such as teachers should improve the awareness of teaching feedback from three aspects of teaching design, classroom teaching and after-class reflection, and illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy from the aspect of teaching case design. Finally, the research work is summarized and reflected. It is hoped that through the research of this paper, high school mathematics teachers can realize the importance of teaching feedback, adjust their own teaching feedback behavior, creatively carry out mathematics teaching activities, and improve classroom efficiency and teaching quality.
