初中生学习投入的差异分析

【摘要】：学习投入不仅是学业成绩的重要影响因素,而且对学生的长远发展也会产生影响。其作用使学者一直关注学习投入的必要性,但投入的有效性才是其关键所在。若要发挥学习投入的有效性就必须注意到学生的个体差异和不同类别学习投入教育成效的差异,这样才能针对性地改善学生的学习投入。本文主要围绕"学习投入的差异"进行研究,采用问卷形式对上海市某校初中三个年级280名学生的学习投入情况进行调查,并结合课堂观察和访谈,对结果进行分析及探讨。研究主要结论如下:1)学生性别对学习投入总量并没有多大影响,但是对学习投入类别尤其是学习的专注程度上有显著影响;2)学生的班级参与程度越高,学习投入的意愿越大;3)学生学习投入的意愿并没有随着年级的升高而升高;4)在学习上越有成就感的学生,越愿意在学习过程中增大投入。根据上述调查结论,本文对改善学生的学习投入提出以下建议:1)增加学生学习过程中的成就感,提高学生学习投入的意愿;2)提高学生在学习过程和学校生活的参与程度;3)引导学生在不同学习投入类别上投入,从而让学习过程更有成效;4)加强学习兴趣的培养和维持以规避学生因年级升高而降低学习兴趣和学习投入的意愿。
[Abstract]:Learning investment is not only an important factor of academic achievement, but also has an impact on students' long-term development. Its function makes scholars always pay attention to the necessity of learning investment, but the effectiveness of investment is the key. If we want to give full play to the effectiveness of learning input, we must pay attention to the individual difference of students and the difference of educational effect of different types of learning input, so as to improve the students' learning investment. This paper focuses on the study of "differences in learning input". The questionnaire is used to investigate the learning input of 280 junior high school students in Shanghai, and the results are analyzed and discussed in combination with classroom observation and interviews. The main conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) gender does not have much effect on the total amount of learning input, but it has a significant effect on the type of learning input, especially on the degree of study focus.) the higher the level of class participation, the higher the degree of class participation. The greater the willingness of learning investment is, the more willing students are to increase their commitment in the process of study. (4) the students who have a sense of achievement in their study are more willing to increase their investment in the process of study. Based on the above findings, this paper puts forward the following suggestions to improve the students' learning input: 1) to increase the students' sense of achievement in the process of learning. (2) improve students' participation in the learning process and school life (3) guide students to invest in different types of learning input. So that the learning process can be more effective. (4) strengthen the cultivation and maintenance of learning interest to avoid students' willingness to reduce their interest and investment in learning because of grade increase.
