四川省体育教育专业体操必修课程内容设置研究

【摘要】:本文采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、文献资料法等方法,以四川省中小学体育教师作为调查对象,对四川省体育教育专业体操必修课程内容设置现状、四川省中小学体操内容教学现状、四川省中小学体操教学内容需求以及四川省体育教育专业体操必修课程内容与中小学体操教学需求适应性进行研究,研究结果如下:(1)关于四川省体育教育专业《体操》必修课程内容设置,教学目标方面,100%的学校教学目标基本一致,要求学生掌握相关理论知识、掌握各项技术动作及要点,具备相应的体操教学组织能力,23.1%的学校要求学生掌握并达到三级运动员技术水平及三级裁判员标准;课程学制方面,53.8%的学校课程安排一个学期,46.2%的学校课程安排两个学期,30.8%的学校教学时数达110以上;教材选用方面,所有高校都没有选用自编教材;教学内容方面,理论部分开课率依次为绪论、术语、保护与帮助、教学、动作技术分析、裁判知识、比赛组织与欣赏等;技术部分开课率依次为队列队形、徒手体操、竞技体操、轻器械体操等;教学方法方面,理论课主要采用讲解法,技术课主要采用保护帮助、练习、讲解、示范法等;教学评价考核方面,76.9%的学校采用理论考试、平时成绩和技术考试;理论成绩占10%~30%,平时成绩占10%~40%,技术成绩占30%~60%。(2)关于四川省中小学体操内容教学现状,基本体操教学内容选用方面,队列队形练习和广播体操是中小学均选用的内容,轻器械主要选择教授跳绳练习和投掷实心球为主;竞技体操方面,除挺身跳、团身跳、分腿跳一般跳跃动作外,极少部分中小学教授支撑跳跃(跳山羊)、滚翻、平衡动作和肩肘倒立及简单的单双杠上下法;教学组织形式方面,主要是以学校行政班排课分班教学为主;教学方法方面,主要选用讲解、示范、练习及保护帮助等;教学评价方式方面,教师评价依然是体操教学中的主要评价方式;影响体操教学开展主要因素依次有安全问题、场地器材缺乏、难度过大、学校领导不够重视、教师专业技能较差、学生兴趣不高等。(3)关于四川省中小学体操教学内容需求方面,中小学对于基本体操教学内容需求依次为徒手体操、花式跳绳、队列队形、柔韧练习、力量练习等;关于竞技体操教学需求是技术动作简单化及根据中小学生身体素质改造体操器械;大体操教学内容需求依次是健美操、体育舞蹈、啦啦操和排舞等。(4)关于四川省体育教育专业《体操》必修课程内容与中小学体操教学需求适应性方面,体育教育专业《体操》必修课程大纲基本体操内容基本适应中小学教学,但还需要对队列与跳绳的教学内容进行创新设计;竞技体操方面,体育教育专业《体操》必修课程大纲与中小学实际教学需求存在严重不适应现象;大体操方面,四川省体育教育专业开设的大体操课程仅健美操适应中小学需求,体育舞蹈课程基本适应中小学需求,啦啦操、排舞不太适应中小学需求。在此基础上,本论文从四川省体育教育专业《体操》必修课程的改革须以中小学健身需求为导向、须重视学生专项技能水平的提升、须加强学生教学实践创新能力培养等方面提出了相关建议。
[Abstract]:This article uses the method of questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical statistics, literature and other methods, taking the sports teachers of primary and middle school in Sichuan Province as the investigation object, the present situation of setting up the compulsory course content of Gymnastics in Sichuan Province, the gymnastic content teaching in primary and middle schools in Sichuan Province, the requirement of gymnastics teaching content in primary and middle schools in Sichuan province and four The research results are as follows: (1) about the contents of gymnastics > compulsory courses in Sichuan sports education major and the goal of teaching, 100% of the school teaching objectives are basic, and the students are required to master relevant theoretical knowledge and master various techniques. Operation and key points, with corresponding gymnastics teaching organization ability, 23.1% of the school requires students to master and reach level three athletes technical level and three level referee standards; curriculum system, 53.8% school curriculum arrangement for one semester, 46.2% school curriculum arrangement two period, 30.8% school teaching time up to 110; textbooks selected. In terms of use, all colleges and universities have no choice of self-made materials; in terms of teaching content, the theoretical part of the course is in turn introduction, terminology, protection and help, teaching, action technical analysis, referee knowledge, competition organization and appreciation, and so on. The rate of the technical part is in order of queue formation, bare hand gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, light apparatus gymnastics and so on; teaching methods are in turn. The theory course mainly adopts the explanation method, the technical course mainly adopts the protection help, the practice, the explanation, the demonstration method and so on; the 76.9% schools adopt the theory examination, the normal achievement and the technical examination; the theoretical achievement accounts for 10%~30%, the normal achievement occupies 10%~40%, the technical achievement accounts for the 30%~60%. (2) about the present situation of the middle and primary school gymnastics content teaching in Sichuan province. The selection of basic gymnastics teaching content, queue formation practice and broadcast gymnastics are the contents of primary and secondary schools. The light instruments mainly choose to teach and throw solid ball. In competitive gymnastics, in addition to jumping, jumping, and jumping, a few primary and secondary school professors support jumping (jumping goat) and rollover. Balance movement and shoulder and elbow stand up and simple and simple parallel bars on the parallel bars; teaching organization form, mainly in the school administrative class scheduling division teaching mainly; teaching methods, the main selection of explanation, demonstration, practice and protection help; teaching evaluation method, teacher evaluation is still the main evaluation method in Gymnastics teaching; influence body The main factors are safety problems, lack of equipment and equipment, too much difficulty, lack of attention to school leaders, poor teachers' professional skills, and poor students' interest. (3) the demand for teaching content in primary and secondary school gymnastics in Sichuan Province, primary and secondary schools for basic gymnastics teaching contents are unarmed gymnastics, fancy rope skipping and queue Formation, flexibility practice, strength practice and so on; the teaching requirement of competitive gymnastics is the simplification of technical movements and the transformation of gymnastic instruments according to the physical quality of primary and middle school students. The demand for the teaching content of the big gymnastics is calisthenics, sports dance, cheerleading and dance and so on. (4) about the contents of gymnastics > compulsory courses and primary and secondary schools of sports education in Sichuan Province As for the adaptability of gymnastics teaching, the Basic Gymnastic Contents of gymnastics > compulsory course syllabus are basically adapted to primary and secondary school teaching, but the teaching contents of the queue and rope skipping need to be innovated, and the athletics gymnastics, the gymnastics > compulsory course syllabus for the physical education major and the actual teaching needs of primary and secondary schools have serious discomfort. In the big gymnastics, the major gymnastic courses offered by the sports education major in Sichuan province only adapt to the needs of primary and secondary schools, and the sports dance courses are basically adapted to the needs of primary and secondary schools, cheerleading and dance do not adapt to the needs of primary and secondary schools. On the basis of this, the reform of gymnastics > compulsory courses for the major of physical education in Sichuan province must be small and medium. Learning fitness needs oriented, we must pay attention to the enhancement of students' special skill level, and put forward relevant suggestions on strengthening the cultivation of students' teaching practice and innovation ability.
