上海市中学体育课程专项化改革(足球专项)男子学生运动员等级评价标准制定的研究

【摘要】:受上海市教委委托与指示,配合上海市以高中体育课程专项化为主的一系列学校体育课程改革,为客观、全面、科学、有效的评估学生足球专项运动技术水平,同时激发他们对足球活动兴趣与爱好,养成终身锻炼的良好习惯,特建立本等级评价标准。本等级评价标准的制定采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法、体育测量法、数理统计法等科学研究方法,基本思路是与中考、高考体育测试相结合,与一级运动员、二级运动员的审核标准相结合,秉持专项性原则、可行性原则、协调性原则、科学性原则,从初中一年级至高中三年级(6个年龄段),共分12个等级,包括专项技术、体能、比赛能力和理论知识四个一级测试指标,专项技术指标下设技评和达标两个二级指标,体能指标下设一般体能、专项体能两个二级指标。专项技术指标下设两项测试项目,一般体能、专项体能和比赛能力指标各设有一项测试项目。不同阶段各测试指标所占权重不同,考生总分为六项指标测试项目得分与所占权重的乘积之和,总分达到60分且各单项分数均不低于60分,便授予相应等级证书。向复旦附中、同济一附中等14所高中单位的306名同学,大同初级中学、五十二中学等10所初中的140名同学,44名二级运动员,24名一级运动员发放调查问卷,并进行实地测试;采用数理统计法对收回的问卷和测试结果进行统计与分析,以累进评分法为主要计算方法制定出各测试项目评分标准。标准制定完成后组织后测以检验本标准可行性、合理性。最后为本等级评价标准的使用及完善提出建议:1.在应用过程中不断完善和更新本等级评价标准测试项目及其评价标准;2.以运动员等级评价标准为模板制定学生裁判水平等级评价标准;3.以足球为例引领其他各项目等级评价标准的制定;4.建立和完善学生等级运动员升学、考试优惠加分政策;5.等级证书应制作精美且突出学生个人专有性等建议。
[Abstract]:Entrusted and directed by the Shanghai Education Commission, and in coordination with a series of school physical education curriculum reforms in Shanghai, which are mainly specialized in senior high school physical education courses, in order to objectively, comprehensively, scientifically and effectively assess the technical level of students' football special sports, At the same time, to stimulate their interest in football activities and hobbies, develop good habits of lifelong exercise, especially to establish the evaluation criteria of this grade. The standard of evaluation of this grade is formulated with the methods of literature, expert interview, Delphi, questionnaire, physical education measurement, mathematical statistics, etc. The basic idea is to combine with the middle school entrance examination and the physical test of the college entrance examination. Combining with the auditing standards of the first class athletes and the second class athletes, adhering to the special principle, the feasibility principle, the coordination principle and the scientific principle, from the first grade of junior high school to the third grade of high school (6 age groups), they are divided into 12 levels. It includes four primary test indexes of special technology, physical ability, competition ability and theoretical knowledge, two secondary indexes of technical evaluation and reaching the standard, two secondary indexes of general physical ability and special physical fitness under the special technical index. There are two test items under the special technical index, one test item for general physical ability, one test item for special physical fitness index and one test item for competition ability index. The weight of each test index is different in different stages. The total score of examinee is the sum of the product of six index test items score and the weight, the total score reaches 60 points and each item score is not less than 60 points, then the corresponding grade certificate is awarded. Questionnaires were issued to 52 students of 14 senior high schools in Fudan affiliated Middle School, 52 Junior Middle School, 52 Middle School, and 44 second-level athletes, and were tested on the spot. The questionnaire and test results were collected and analyzed by mathematical statistics, and the grading criteria of each test item were worked out with the progressive scoring method as the main calculation method. Organize post-test after the establishment of the standard to verify the feasibility and rationality of this standard. In the end, the author puts forward some suggestions for the use and perfection of this grade evaluation standard. In the process of application, continuously improve and update this grade evaluation standard test items and evaluation standards. Take the athlete grade appraisal standard as the template to formulate the student judgment level appraisal standard. Take football as an example to guide the establishment of evaluation criteria for other events. Establish and improve the student level athletes to advance to school, examination preferential bonus policy 5. The grade certificate should be made beautifully and give prominence to the student's personal exclusivity and so on.
