初中数学作业评价的问题和对策的实践研究

【摘要】:数学作业是数学学习教与学的交叉点,数学作业评价作为数学教育教学的常态化工作,在教学中重要性是其他工作不可替代的。研究数学作业评价的文章是丰富的,本论文以学生作业当中存在的问题为突破口,首先查阅相关的文献,总结前人的研究成果。通过总结发现,多数研究者在研究初中数学作业的现状时选取的角度主要有作业的数量、布置方式,课外作业的类型与来源,作业的评价与反馈。这些角度之间相互联系、相互作用,共同影响着数学作业的成效。如作业的数量较大时,作业的难度就应该小一些。然而多数研究者往往倾向于选取其中的一个或几个视角来研究作业,缺乏对作业的多个影响因素的综合考虑。基于此,本论文在总结和借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,在相关教育学、教育心理学理论的指导下,综合考虑影响作业的多个因素,从而试图形成对初中数学作业评价现状比较全面的认识和了解。在研究中,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式,了解教师数学作业评价的现状,并分析其中存在的问题:1、理念认识不到位,生情把握有欠缺。2、专业能力不到位,专业发展有欠缺。3、外部支持不到位,评价机制有欠缺。通过调查研究及实践,以教师教学理论和学生学习理论为依据,总结数学作业有效批改的策略:1、注重正向引导,转变学生的作业认知。2、坚持以人为本,培养积极的作业情绪。3、实施有效干预,培养正确作业行为。4、立足学生实情,推进合理作业反思。5、多策提升师能,优化教学环境,为初中数学教师的作业布置与批改提供一点建议。
[Abstract]:Mathematics homework is the intersection of mathematics learning teaching and learning. As a regular work of mathematics teaching, the importance of mathematics homework evaluation is irreplaceable in teaching. There are plenty of papers on mathematics homework evaluation. This paper takes the problems in students' homework as the breakthrough point, first of all, we refer to the relevant literature and summarize the previous research results. Through summing up it is found that when studying the present situation of mathematics homework in junior high school most researchers choose the angles mainly including the number of homework the way of arrangement the type and source of homework the evaluation and feedback of homework. These angles interact with each other and affect the performance of mathematical homework. If the number of homework is large, the task should be less difficult. However, most researchers tend to choose one or more of the perspectives to study homework, and lack of comprehensive consideration of multiple factors affecting homework. Based on this, this paper summarizes and draws lessons from previous research results, under the guidance of relevant pedagogy and educational psychology theory, synthetically considers many factors that affect homework. In order to form a more comprehensive understanding of the mathematics homework evaluation situation in junior high school. In the research, through the way of questionnaire investigation and interview, we understand the present situation of teacher's mathematics assignment evaluation, and analyze the existing problem: 1, the idea is not in place, the grasp of the living condition is deficient, the professional ability is not in place. Professional development is deficient. 3, external support is not in place, evaluation mechanism is deficient. Through investigation and practice, based on teachers' teaching theory and students' learning theory, this paper summarizes the effective correcting strategy of mathematics homework: 1, pays attention to positive guidance, changes students' cognition of homework. Cultivate positive homework emotion. 3, carry out effective intervention, train correct homework behavior. 4, base on the students' reality, promote rational homework reflection. 5, improve teachers' ability and optimize teaching environment. To provide some suggestions for the assignment and correction of mathematics teachers in junior high school.
