上海市普通高中学生学习状况研究

【摘要】:学习在高中生的学校生活中占据重要地位,高中生学习状况研究能够反映学生的身心健康发展程度,揭示学校教育教学的成效及存在的问题。在当前高考制度改革的背景下,高中学生的学习状况更值得关注和研究。本研究在文献分析和访谈等基础上,将学生学习状况界定为学习状态、学习内部动机、学习外部动机、学习自主性、师生关系、生生关系、未来规划和学校认同等八个维度,并分别细化为具体问题,由此形成调查问题。问卷调查通过上海市教育调查队的定制网络展开,在2015年6月对全市普通高中的高一学生(即2014年9月入学的学生,以下简称"2014级高一")进行了在线调查;在2016年6月对全市普通高中的高一学生(即2015年9月入学的高一学生,以下简称"2015级高一")和高二学生(即已经升入高二的2014级高一学生,以下简称"2014级高二")进行在线调查。综合前后两次调查数据的分析,本文提出以下研究结果:1、2014级、2015级两届高一学生的学习状况整体表现良好,但各维度间存在较明显差异。在八个维度上,生生关系表现最好,其余依次为未来规划、师生关系、学校认同、学习自主性、学习外部动机、学习内部动机和学习状态。数据显示,有近百分之三十的学生对未来高中生活不怎么期待,精神状态不佳;学习动机尤其是内部动机有待提升;学习自主性仍然存在改进的空间。2、2014级高二学生在学习状况上的表现比高一学生差。2014级高二除了在师生关系上,其余七个维度上均排名最后。2015级高一在学习内部动机、师生关系、生生关系、未来规划和学校认同上得分均最高,超过了 2014级高一学生;而2014级高一在学习状态、学习外部动机、学习自主性三个维度上的得分最高,超过了 2015级高一。3、男生与女生的表现有差异,但最好与最差的维度上是相同的,都是在"生生关系"上表现最好,在"学习内部动机"上表现最差。男生在学习状态、学习内部动机、学习自主性三个维度上,表现优于女生;女生在学习的外部动机、师生关系、生生关系、未来规划和学校认同等五个维度上的表现优于男生。4、市实验性示范性高中、区实验性示范性高中和普通高中三种不同层次学校在表现最好维度与最差维度上是相同的,均是生生关系表现最好,学习内部动机表现最差。但三种层次学校学生在学习状况上的表现存在明显的差别,整体表现由好到差依次为市实验性示范性高中、区实验性示范性高中和普通高中。只有在外部动机一项上,区实验性示范性高中得分最高,下来为普通高中和市实验性示范性高中。5、公办学校与中外合作办学的学生学习状况表现要好于民办学校。公办学校的学生在学习外部动机、师生关系、生生关系上表现最好;中外合作办学的学生在学习状态、学习内部动机、学习自主性和学校认同上表现最好;而民办学校除了师生关系和未来规划两个维度居中外,其余六个维度上的表现均最差。本研究认为,需要从政府和学校两个层面高度重视当前高中学生的学习状况,并采取相应的措施予以改进。政府需要推动建立改进高中生学习状况的政府、社会、学校和家庭"四位一体"的合作机制,共同努力参与改进和提升学生学习状况。同时,政府还需要研究建立不同背景下高中学生学习状况的测量量表,形成常模,为不同学校提供诊断方案,注重推进每一所学校的发展,促进每一位学生的全面发展。学校则要科学地应对新高考要求,切实减轻高中学生过重压力,及时把握和诊断学生学习状况,因校制宜地开展教与学管理,不断提高学生的学习状况。与此同时,还需要结合自身办学特色,有针对性地加强学生的学习指导和生涯规划指导,使学生更为清晰地了解和定位自身的学习目标,改进学习状况。
[Abstract]:Learning plays an important role in the school life of high school students. The study of high school students' learning conditions can reflect the students' physical and mental health development, and reveal the effectiveness and problems of the school education. In the background of the reform of the college entrance examination system, the study status of high school students is worth paying attention and research. On the basis of interviews, the students' learning status is defined as learning state, learning internal motivation, learning external motivation, learning autonomy, teacher-student relationship, student relationship, future planning and school identification, etc. eight dimensions, and respectively detailed as specific problems, thus forming investigation questions. Questionnaire survey through the custom network of Shanghai education investigation team In June 2015, an online survey was carried out for high school students in general high school in the city (i.e., students enrolled in September 2014, hereinafter referred to as "2014 grade one"); in June 2016, a high school student of the general high school in the city (that is, one of the high school students in September 2015, hereinafter referred to as "2015 grade one") and the senior two students (that is, have been promoted to 2014 of the senior high school. After the analysis of the two survey data, the following research results are presented as follows: 12014 grade, 2015 class two senior one students have good overall performance, but there are obvious differences between the various dimensions. Data show that nearly thirty percent of the students are not looking forward to the future high school life, the mental state is not good; the learning motivation, especially the internal machine needs to be improved, and the learning autonomy still has an improved space.2,2. The performance of grade 014 students in the learning situation is less than one of the higher students'.2014 grade two. In addition to the relationship between teachers and students, the other seven dimensions are ranked the last.2015 grade one in the study of internal motivation, teacher-student relationship, birth relationship, future planning and school identification, which are higher than the grade 2014 students, while class 2014 is higher in school. The three dimensions of learning autonomy, learning external motivation and learning autonomy have the highest score, exceeding the 2015 level.3. The performance of boys and girls is different, but it is best to be the same in the worst dimension. All are the best in the "life relationship" and the worst in the "learning internal machine". The boys are learning and learning internal motivation. On the three dimensions of learning autonomy, the performance is better than the female students; the female students' performance in the five dimensions, such as the external motivation of learning, the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship of students, the future planning and the school identity, is superior to the male.4, the city experimental demonstrative high school, the experimental demonstrative high school and the ordinary high school in three different levels. The difference dimension is the same, all the students have the best performance, and the internal motivation is the worst. However, there are obvious differences in the performance of the three levels of school students. The overall performance is in turn from the good to the city experimental demonstration high school, the experimental demonstration high school and the ordinary high school. The experimental demonstration high school scores the highest score, which comes down to the ordinary high school and the experimental demonstration high school.5. The students' learning situation of the students in the public schools and the Chinese and foreign cooperative schools is better than the private schools. The students in the public schools have the best performance in the study of the external motivation, the relationship between teachers and students, and the relationship between students and students; the students in the Chinese and foreign cooperative schools are in the form of learning. State, learning internal motivation, learning autonomy and school identity the best performance, while private schools in addition to the relationship between teachers and students and future planning two dimensions, the other six dimensions of the performance is the worst. This study believes that the government and the school should pay high attention to the two levels of the current high school students' learning situation, and take corresponding measures. The government needs to promote the establishment of a cooperative mechanism of "four in one" of government, society, school and family to improve and improve students' learning situation in the government, society, schools and families to improve the learning situation of high school students. Meanwhile, the government needs to study the measurement scale of the learning situation of high school students in different backgrounds and form a norm for different schools. To provide a diagnostic scheme, pay attention to the development of every school and promote the overall development of every student. The school should scientifically deal with the new college entrance examination requirements, reduce the heavy pressure on high school students, grasp and diagnose the students' learning situation in time, carry out the teaching and learning management and improve the students' learning condition. It is also necessary to strengthen the students' learning guidance and career planning guidance according to their own characteristics, so that students can understand and orient their learning goals clearly and improve their learning conditions.
