借助复合教材重构高中劳技课堂教学流程的教学效果分析

【摘要】:劳动技术教育自1982年被正式纳入国家教学计划以来,经历了三十多年的建设和发展。期间不少学者为改善劳技课堂教学效果做出了努力和贡献。笔者在上海某区劳技中心实习期间仍发现对劳技课堂教学效果影响比较大的现象。劳技课堂动手操作性强的特征促使学生在“做”的过程中会遇到各种障碍,当多位同学同时向一位教师求助不同问题时,教师虽忙的像热锅上的蚂蚁,却还是应接不暇。而学生因为手头没有对应问题的解决途径,往往长时间呼唤、等待教师,导致过于依赖教师解决问题。然而长久等不来教师、问题得不到解决,学生的学习兴趣以及作品完成进度都会受影响,从而影响劳技课堂的整体教学效果。所以笔者借助基于支架式教学理论的复合教材重构高中劳技课堂的教学流程。即将学习资源以复合教材的形式整合在学生自己的手里,便于学生借助复合教材中嵌入的各种支架及时自主解决操作过程中遇到的问题。并分析、验证重构后的课堂教学效果有怎样的改善。笔者先是详细陈述了课题的研究背景、研究问题、研究内容、研究方法以及预期研究结果和创新点。然后梳理了复合教材在教育领域的应用现状以及改善劳动技术教育教学效果的研究现状,并对本课题相关教学理论进行了阐述。接着根据教学思路框架进行教学前期分析、规划复合教材下的高中劳技课堂教学过程。并以高中单片机课程为例设计与开发复合教材学习资源和建立教学效果评价体系。最后以上海某区劳技中心为实验基地,设计比较研究过程、准备实验组教学媒体、展开具体实践和收集数据。并依据高中劳技课堂教学效果评价体系和标准,观察、分析此重构模式对教学效果有怎样的改善。研究发现,复合教材的引入一定程度上有助于将教师从之前的课堂现象中解脱出来,也有助于学生按自己的进度同伴学习、加深对重点知识的理解。本研究为改善高中劳技教育的教学效果提供了一个新的视角。
[Abstract]:Labor technology education has been built and developed for more than 30 years since it was formally included in the national teaching plan in 1982. During this period, many scholars have made efforts and contributions to improve the teaching effect of laboring technology. During my internship in a regional labor technology center in Shanghai, the author still found a phenomenon which had a great influence on the classroom teaching effect of labor technology. In the process of "doing", students will encounter all kinds of obstacles because of their strong operational characteristics. When many students ask a teacher for different problems at the same time, although they are busy as ants on the hot pot, they are still overwhelmed. Because students do not have the solution to the corresponding problems, they often call for teachers for a long time, so they rely too much on teachers to solve the problems. However, if teachers are not available for a long time, problems will not be solved, and students' interest in learning and the progress of work completion will be affected, thus affecting the overall teaching effect of the class. Therefore, the author reconstructs the teaching flow of labor class with the aid of composite teaching materials based on scaffolding teaching theory. Learning resources will be integrated in the hands of students in the form of composite teaching materials, which is convenient for students to solve the problems encountered in the process of operation with the help of various scaffolds embedded in the composite textbooks. And analyzes, verifies after the reconstruction classroom teaching effect to have how to improve. Firstly, the research background, research problems, research contents, research methods, expected research results and innovations are described in detail. Then combing the application status of compound teaching materials in the field of education and the research status of improving the teaching effect of labor technology education, this paper expounds the relevant teaching theory of this subject. Then according to the framework of teaching thinking analysis of teaching, planning the teaching process under the compound teaching materials. And design and develop the learning resources of compound teaching material and establish the teaching effect evaluation system with the example of high school single chip microcomputer course. Finally, a regional labor technology center in Shanghai is used as the experimental base to design the comparative research process, prepare the experimental group teaching media, carry out concrete practice and collect data. According to the evaluation system and standard of teaching effect, the author analyzes how the reconstruction model improves the teaching effect. It is found that the introduction of composite teaching materials to some extent will help teachers to extricate themselves from the classroom phenomenon before, but also help students learn according to their own progress of peer learning, and deepen the understanding of key knowledge. This study provides a new perspective for improving the teaching effect of high school labor education.
