农村初中生思想道德教育的问题与对策

【摘要】：我国有十三亿多人口,约半数生活在农村,一半以上学龄儿童也在农村,这种情况决定了我国教育成功的关键点在农村。农村初中生是我国农村的未来,也是祖国的未来和希望,因而加强对他们的教育尤其是思想道德教育,使其真正成为中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,就显得格外重要。近年来,随着国家改革步伐的加快,城镇化的不断推进,新农村建设的蓬勃发展,农村社会发生了巨大的变化；多元化的文化信息,良莠不齐的各种思潮,颠覆传统的价值观念等在农村迅速扩散,猛烈地冲击着农村初中生的思想道德教育,使其出现种种问题,难以适应农村社会发展和农村初中生全面发展的需要。农村初中生思想道德教育存在哪些问题?是什么原因导致了这些问题的产生?如何解决这些问题、加强和改进农村初中生思想道德教育?是当前农村初中生思想道德教育亟待解决的重要的理论和实践课题,也是本文要探讨的主题。本文认为,农村初中生思想道德教育是指教育者用以社会主义核心价值观为基础的价值观念、政治观点、道德规范等,对农村初中生施加有目的、有计划、有组织的影响,并促使其自主地接受这种教育影响,从而形成符合我国社会发展要求的思想品德的社会实践活动。对农村初中生加强思想道德教育具有重要意义：有助于解决农村初中生思想品德方面存在的问题,有助于促进农村初中生的全面发展,有助于新农村建设和新型城镇化建设的顺利进行。在查阅文献及社会调查的基础上,本文认为,目前农村初中生思想道德教育存在的主要问题有：思想道德教育理念滞后,目标模糊,内容空泛,方法和手段简单,思想道德教育管理失当等。导致这些问题的原因主要有：农村初中教育功利性的消极影响,思想道德教育者素质偏低,对农村初中生的特点把握不到位及社会环境消极因素的负面影响等。如何解决这些问题,加强农村初中生思想道德教育?本文认为应采取以下措施：明确农村初中生思想道德教育目标,丰富农村初中生思想道德教育内容,改进农村初中生思想道德教育的方式方法,提高农村初中思想道德教育者的综合素质,优化农村初中思想道德教育的环境。
[Abstract]:There are more than 1.3 billion people in China, about half of them live in rural areas, and more than half of school-age children are also in rural areas. This situation determines the key to the success of education in rural areas. Rural junior high school students are the future of our country's countryside as well as the future and hope of our motherland. Therefore, we should strengthen their education, especially ideological and moral education, so that they can truly become builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It's all the more important. In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of national reform, the continuous promotion of urbanization, the vigorous development of the new rural construction, the rural society has undergone tremendous changes; the diversity of cultural information, mixed trends of thought, Subversion of traditional values is spreading rapidly in rural areas, which impinges on the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students, and makes it difficult to meet the needs of rural social development and rural junior high school students' all-round development. What are the problems in the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students? What causes these problems? How to solve these problems, strengthen and improve the rural junior high school students' ideological and moral education? It is an important theoretical and practical subject to be solved urgently in the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students at present, and it is also the topic to be discussed in this paper. This paper holds that the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students refers to the values, political viewpoints and moral norms based on the socialist core values, which exert a purposeful, planned and organized influence on rural junior high school students. It also urges it to accept the influence of this kind of education independently, so as to form the social practice activity which accords with the social development request of our country ideological and moral character. It is of great significance to strengthen the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students: it is helpful to solve the problems existing in the ideological and moral character of rural junior high school students and to promote the overall development of rural junior high school students. It is helpful for the construction of new countryside and the smooth progress of new urbanization. On the basis of literature review and social investigation, this paper holds that the main problems in the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students are: the idea of ideological and moral education lags behind, the goal is vague, the content is vague, and the methods and means are simple. Improper management of ideological and moral education. The main causes of these problems are: the negative impact of rural junior high school education utilitarianism, the low quality of ideological and moral educators, the rural junior high school students' characteristics do not grasp in place and the negative impact of social environment negative factors and so on. How to solve these problems and strengthen the ideological and moral education of rural junior high school students? This paper holds that the following measures should be taken: to clarify the goal of rural junior high school students' ideological and moral education, to enrich the content of rural junior high school students' ideological and moral education, and to improve the ways and means of rural junior high school students' ideological and moral education. Improve the comprehensive quality of rural junior middle school ideological and moral educators, optimize the environment of rural junior high school ideological and moral education.
