延安市初中体育教学新课标实施现状的研究

【摘要】:初中教育是义务教育非常重要的一个阶段,该学习阶段是青少年成长的关键时期,对于培养社会主义新时期的建设人才具有非常重要的意义。近年来,我国初中体育课堂教学中贯彻新课标要求,落实新课改精神,能够本着“健康第一”的指导思想,在课程设计理念、课程结构、教材教法等方面推行新课程标准的要求,落实《体育与健康》课程标准给予了中学生体育教育新的生机与活力。本人选择以延安市初中体育教学新课标实施现状的研究为题,希望通过对延安市初中体育教学中落实新课标要求的实施情况的了解,找出存在问题或不足,以便更好地为体育课教学改革提供参考和依据。本文共从五个部分进行分析论述。第一部分,选题依据,从论文研究的选题、研究的目的及意义、国内外的研究综述以及新课标的概念进行分析论述。第二部分,研究对象与方法,通过调查问卷的方式,选取延安市宝塔区及各县区选取20所初中的100位体育教师、800名初中生进行了问卷调查并对问卷做统计整理,第三部分,研究结果与分析,分别对延安市各学校初中体育教学新课标实施现状进行研究,就延安市初中体育教学中落实新课标精神要求,从新课标下延安市初中体育教师对新课标理念的认识现状与分析、新课标下延安市初中体育教师队伍建设现状与分析、新课标下延安市初中体育课程内容目标现状与分析、新课标下延安市初中体育课教学组织教法的实施现状与分析、新课标下延安市初中体育课的教学评价现状与分析、新课标下延安市初中体育场馆及经费来源使用状况调查现状与分析;第四部分,结论与建议,对调查结果进行分析,该部分主要分析了师资队伍建设、学校体育规章制度、经费投入、课堂及课外活动等情况,就延安市初中体育教学新课标实施现状进行总结归纳,并就新课标在延安市初中体育实施的前景进行展望。研究结果显示:(1)在新课标的实施过程中,延安市部分学校位置偏远,初中体育教师在课余时间不断地去学习和思考,及时掌握新课标理念,能够更好完成教学任务,达到促进学生健康发展的重大意义(2)延安市初中体育教师的年龄结构以中青年体育教师为主,教师队伍相对比较年轻,中青年教师接受能力强,通过自身特点可以更好推动初中体育教学新课标的实施。(3)延安市初中体育教师的学历结构符合基本初中体育教学的发展,教师的职称中教一级占的比例大,中高级职称人数少。(4)延安市初中体育教师教学业务情况,延安市初中体育教师对新课标认识程度相对较好,在教学过程中能够认真高效的落实新课标的要求。(5)延安市初中体育教师的科研情况,教师的科研数量少,主要发表文章是为了评定职称,少部分为了完成教学任务和评定奖励。(6)延安市初中体育教师的职后培训情况,参加职后培训少,而且参加的级别相对低,主要以地、市级为主。(7)延安市初中学校体育课开展新课标活动,仍有些方面不能达到新课标要求,具体表现在学生的参与意识不强、初中生体育运动技能掌握也不容乐观、初中生对于体育课身体健康关系认识不够深刻、初中体育课拓展心理健康教育与社会适应教育不够完善。(8)延安市部分初中体育教师在新课标的引领下,对体育教学课程内容实施情况良好,能够按照教学计划安排认真执行。(9)延安市部分初中学校领导不够重视新课标要求,体育教学在学校教学中的地位不高,部分学校的师资和硬件实施难以满足新课标教学的要求。(10)延安市初中体育教学经费投入来看,部分初中体育经费在体育设施维护和场地方面投入都是在逐年增加,这是根据学校每年的学生人数的扩招得出的,部分学校体育场地较差,球类运动严重不足,难以有效开展新课标要求的多种初中体育的球类运动。
[Abstract]:Junior high school education is a very important stage of compulsory education. The learning stage is the key period for the growth of young people. It is of great significance for the training of the construction talents in the new socialist period. In recent years, the new curriculum standards are carried out in the middle school physical education in China, and the spirit of the new curriculum reform can be implemented in the spirit of "health first". The guiding ideology, in the curriculum design concept, curriculum structure, teaching materials and other aspects of the requirements of the implementation of the new curriculum standards, the implementation of the "sports and Health >" curriculum standards have given new vitality and vitality for middle school students in physical education. I choose to study the current situation of the implementation of new curriculum standards in Yanan junior middle school physical education, hoping to pass the junior middle school in Yanan city. In the course of physical education, the implementation of the requirements of the new curriculum standards should be understood, and the problems or shortcomings are found in order to provide a better reference and basis for the reform of the PE teaching. This paper has been analyzed from five parts. The first part, the basis of the topic, the topic of the study, the purpose and significance of the research, the research review at home and abroad and the research summary. The concept of new curriculum standard is analyzed and discussed. The second part, the research object and method, through the questionnaire, select 100 sports teachers from 20 junior middle schools in Yanan Baota District and each county, 800 junior middle school students to carry out a questionnaire survey and make statistical arrangement to the questionnaire, the third part, the research results and analysis, respectively to Yanan every school. The present situation of the implementation of the new curriculum standard of physical education in school and junior high school is studied. In Yanan junior middle school physical education to implement the new curriculum standard, the new curriculum standard of Yanan junior middle school physical education teachers' understanding of the new curriculum concept and analysis, the new curriculum under the new curriculum standard of Yanan junior middle school physical education teachers under the new curriculum, Yanan junior high school body under the new curriculum standard. The results show: (1) In the course of the implementation of the new curriculum, the position of some schools in Yanan is remote, the junior middle school physical education teachers are constantly studying and thinking in the spare time, mastering the new curriculum concept in time, and can better complete the teaching task and achieve the important significance of promoting the healthy development of the students (2) the age structure of the middle school physical education teachers in Yanan city is the young and middle-aged sports teaching. Teachers are relatively young, young teachers are relatively young, young and middle-aged teachers have strong acceptance ability, through their own characteristics can better promote the implementation of new curriculum standards in junior high school physical education. (3) Yanan junior high school physical education teachers' educational structure is in line with the development of basic junior high school physical education, the proportion of teachers in the secondary education level is large, and the number of senior titles is small. 4) Yanan junior middle school physical education teachers teaching business situation, Yanan junior middle school physical education teachers have better understanding of the new curriculum standard. In the course of teaching, the new curriculum standards can be implemented seriously and efficiently. (5) the scientific research situation of the junior middle school physical education teachers in Yanan City, the number of teachers' scientific research is few, the main articles are to assess the title, a few parts are The teaching tasks and evaluation awards are completed. (6) Yanan junior high school physical education teachers' post training situation, the post vocational training is less, and the level of participation is relatively low, mainly to the ground, the city level. (7) the new curriculum standard activities in Yanan junior high school physical education course, still some sides can not meet the new curriculum requirements, concrete performance in the students' Participation Knowledge is not strong, junior high school students' sports skills are not optimistic, junior high school students are not enough to understand physical health relationship, physical education in junior high school and social adaptation education are not perfect. (8) part of Yanan junior middle school physical education teachers under the guidance of new curriculum standards, the implementation of physical education curriculum content is good. It can be carried out according to the teaching plan. (9) the leadership of some junior middle school schools in Yanan is not enough to pay attention to the new curriculum standards, the position of physical education in the school teaching is not high, the teachers and hardware in some schools are difficult to meet the requirements of the new curriculum teaching. (10) in Yanan junior middle school physical education funds input, part of the junior middle school sports classics The investment in sports facilities maintenance and field is increasing year by year. This is based on the enrollment expansion of the school students every year. Some schools are poor in sports venues, and the ball games are seriously inadequate. It is difficult to effectively carry out the ball games of various junior high school sports required by the new curriculum standards.
