高中思想政治教师专业发展的持续性研究

【摘要】:2011年,我国教育部发布了《基础课程改革纲要(试行)》文件,标准着新课程改革时代的到来。随着课程改革的实施和素质教育的推广,提出了增强教师专业发展持续性的这一新课题。新课程改革同样也特定于思想政治学科。对教师专业发展的探讨是一个对终身学习的追求,并不断解决教育中存在的问题,以及职业理想和道德情感的不断成熟、积累过程的教育和经验的过程。当前,城市化与城乡一体化进程的推进与新课程改革的发展,凸显了对高中思想政治课教师专业化水平的更新更高要求。有效推进高中思想政治教师专业化发展是新一轮教育教学改革的必然途径。然而在过去的教育实践中,一些教师肤浅的认为自己的存在只是向学生这一主体进行单向的专递,而对于教师的专业发展这一重要方面一直被忽视。教育发展需要教育研究人员的高度重视,对专业发展领域进行更深入的研究。教师持续专业发展决定着教育的发展质量,高中思想政治课是培养学生的道德教育的重要课程,通过高中思想政治课来提高学生的思想政治素质,培养高素质的专业政治教师是十分必要的。高中政治课教师的持续性专业发展是素质教育改革的要求,也是高中思想政治课教师自身发展的需要,更是高中思想政治课教学质量的保证。高中思想政治课教师是德育的主要传播主体,而这种教育的重要使命使高中思想政治课教师必须继续走专业化发展道路。在教师专业发展的国内研究中,大多数学者对教师专业发展的研究,主要集中在教师专业发展的内容和方法上。忽视了教师专业发展持续性的重要性和重大意义,而系统地从教师专业发展的外部支持和保障,以及内部对教师专业发展的领导和管理等方面进行研究的文献和参考资料还不多见。本文从理论和实践两个方面对高中思想政治课教师持续专业发展进行了探讨,具有重要意义。进一步丰富了对教师专业发展持续性的认识,对教师的自我更新、专业自主性的促进和制约因素进行了深入研究,注重教师的知识和行为价值,提高教学质量。从多方面提出了推进高中思想政治课教师专业发展持续性的措施和方案。
[Abstract]:In 2011, the Ministry of Education issued the basic Curriculum Reform outline (trial) document, which standardized the arrival of the new curriculum reform era. With the implementation of curriculum reform and the promotion of quality-oriented education, this new task of enhancing the sustainability of teachers' professional development has been put forward. New curriculum reform is also specific to ideological and political disciplines. The exploration of teachers' professional development is a process of pursuing lifelong learning and solving the problems existing in education, as well as the continuous maturation of professional ideal and moral emotion, and the process of accumulation of education and experience. At present, the advancement of urbanization and integration of urban and rural areas and the development of new curriculum reform highlight the higher requirements for the professional level of high school ideological and political teachers. It is an inevitable way to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers in a new round of education and teaching reform. However, in the past educational practice, some teachers think that their existence is only a one-way delivery to the subject of students, but the important aspect of teachers' professional development has been ignored. The development of education requires the attention of educational researchers and more in-depth research in the field of professional development. The continuous professional development of teachers determines the quality of the development of education. The ideological and political course of senior high school is an important course to train the students' moral education, and the ideological and political quality of the students is improved through the ideological and political course of the senior high school. It is very necessary to train high-quality professional political teachers. The sustained professional development of high school political teachers is not only the requirement of quality education reform, but also the need of the development of high school ideological and political teachers, and the guarantee of high school politics teaching quality. The ideological and political teachers of senior high school are the main spreading subject of moral education, and the important mission of this kind of education makes them continue to take the road of professional development. In the domestic research of teacher professional development, most scholars mainly focus on the contents and methods of teacher professional development. Neglecting the importance and significance of the sustainability of teacher professional development, and systematically supporting and guaranteeing teachers' professional development from the outside, There are few literatures and references on the leadership and management of teachers' professional development. This paper probes into the continuing professional development of high school ideological and political teachers from the aspects of theory and practice, which is of great significance. It further enriches the understanding of the sustainability of teachers' professional development, studies the teachers' self-renewal, the promotion and restriction factors of professional autonomy, pays attention to teachers' knowledge and behavioral value, and improves the teaching quality. This paper puts forward the measures and plans to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers from many aspects.
