中学校园的欺凌行为及其解决对策研究

【摘要】：近年来,校园欺凌事件频繁发生,并且不断的曝光在大众面前。校园欺凌不仅在中国,在全世界都是一种普遍现象。校园欺凌事件不断发生,并且呈现愈演愈烈的趋势。这给校园安全和学校教育的发展带来了极大危害,对学生的健康发展也产生了极其严重的危害。这让我们不得不反思我们的德育教育,课程、学校、家庭、社会应该承担哪些责任。加强对这个问题的研究,努力找到解决问题的办法具有十分重要的现实意义。本文试从自身、家庭、学校、社会这四个方面来分析校园欺凌的原因。经过分析比较,认为学校的原因最为突出。学校德育工作不落实,成效低是最主要因素。包括,德育体制不完善,使得德育工作不能顺利开展;德育方法单一,使得德育效果甚微;德育内容不切实际,使得德育工作形同虚设;教师德育素质不高等。根据对这些原因的分析,本文从四个角度阐述了消除校园欺凌的对策。首先是学校方面,发挥中学政治课的德育作用,摆正德育的首要地位。要充实德育内容、提高中学政治课德育的有效性;创新德育方法,增加德育吸引力;完善德育途径,整合各方力量;落实中学生的品德检测与评价。其次是发挥家庭的教育功能,促进个人品格的良好发展。父母应创设温馨的家庭环境,给予青少年更多爱;父母应以身作则,培养青少年良好的品格;父母要改变家庭教养方式。第三是促进文明社会建设,营造良好社会环境。要打击暴力文化,净化社会风气;弘扬优秀传统文化,培养优秀少年;加强网络媒体监督,杜绝校园欺凌;完善法律法规,建立法律防范体系。最后中学生应提高自身道德修养,提高防范能力。如学会控制自身情绪,调节心理健康;增强自我保护意识,增强自卫能力。本文从学校、社会、家庭和自身四个角度全面分析了中学生校园欺凌的原因,并从中给出了指导措施,努力为消除校园欺凌做出贡献绵薄之力,希望中学生能有一个和谐文明的校园,有一个健康快乐的中学时代。
[Abstract]:In recent years, campus bullying has occurred frequently and exposed to the public. Campus bullying is a common phenomenon not only in China but all over the world. Bullying on campus continues to occur, and presents a growing trend. This brings great harm to campus safety and the development of school education, and also to the healthy development of students. This makes us have to reflect on our moral education, curriculum, school, family, society should bear what responsibilities. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on this problem and try to find a solution to the problem. This paper tries to analyze the reasons of campus bullying from four aspects: self, family, school and society. After analysis and comparison, the school is considered the most prominent reason. The school moral education work does not carry out, the effect is low is the most important factor. Including, the moral education system is not perfect, makes the moral education work can not carry out smoothly; the moral education method is single, causes the moral education to have little effect; the moral education content is impractical, causes the moral education work to be empty; the teacher moral education quality is not high and so on. According to the analysis of these reasons, this paper expounds the countermeasures of eliminating bullying in campus from four angles. First of all, school, give play to the role of political education in middle school, straighten out the primary position of moral education. It is necessary to enrich the content of moral education, improve the effectiveness of moral education in politics lesson in middle school, innovate the method of moral education, increase the attraction of moral education, perfect the way of moral education, integrate all kinds of strength, and carry out the moral examination and evaluation of middle school students. The second is to give play to the educational function of the family, to promote the good development of personal character. Parents should create a warm family environment to give adolescents more love; parents should set an example to cultivate the good character of teenagers; parents should change the way of family rearing. The third is to promote the construction of civil society and create a good social environment. We should crack down on the culture of violence, purify the social atmosphere, carry forward the excellent traditional culture, train the outstanding teenagers, strengthen the supervision of the network media, put an end to the bullying on campus, perfect the laws and regulations, and establish the legal prevention system. Finally, middle school students should improve their own moral cultivation and improve their ability of prevention. Such as learning to control their emotions, regulate mental health, enhance self-protection awareness, enhance self-defense. This paper comprehensively analyzes the causes of bullying in middle school students from four angles of school, society, family and themselves, and gives some guiding measures to contribute to the elimination of bullying on campus. Hope that middle school students can have a harmonious and civilized campus, a healthy and happy middle school era.
