河南省中学省级乒乓球传统项目学校训练现状研究

【摘要】：乒乓球作为我国竞技体育的优势项目之一,所取得的成就与我国三级训练体制孕育的乒乓球后备人才有着密不可分的联系。乒乓球传统项目学校是我国三级训练体制的初级训练形式,它作为培养乒乓球后备人才的重要渠道之一,承担着选拔优秀苗子,兼顾培养专业技术水平和文化素质同时进步的乒乓球人才的重任。所以能否开展好乒乓球传统项目学校的训练,对培养优秀乒乓球后备人才有着直接影响。目前,针对体育传统项目学校的研究逐渐增多,但是对河南省乒乓球传统项目学校的研究屈指可数,尤其是对中学乒乓球传统项目学校训练的研究还十分缺乏。本研究针对河南省中学省级乒乓球传统项目学校训练现状进行调查,找出存在的问题,分析其原因,并提出相应解决措施,为河南省乒乓球传统项目学校的发展提供参考依据。本文采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对河南省中学省级乒乓球传统项目学校训练现状进行研究,随机抽取12所学校的12名教练员、12名管理人员和155名参训队员进行问卷调查,对调查的结果进行分析,得出以下结论:1.河南省中学省级乒乓球传统项目学校数量少,分布不均衡,导致人才输送渠道不畅通,相关部门监管力度不够,有些学校领导不重视,导致学生在校不能进行乒乓球训练。2.河南省中学省级乒乓球传统项目学校教练员的年龄结构合理,对自己的岗位培训很重视。缺乏高职称的教练员,科研意识薄弱,科研能力较低,教练员整体素质有待提高。教练员的师资力量不足,对自己的工资待遇不理想,带队积极性不高。3.河南省中学省级乒乓球传统项目学校参训队员的参训动机端正,训练积极性比较高,对自己文化课的学习与训练都很重视,能较好的处理学习与训练的关系。参训队员男女比例不平衡,握拍和打法类型较为单一,队员参赛少,运动等级较低,缺乏高水平运动员,体育部门对运动员等级证发放制度有待完善。4.河南省中学省级乒乓球传统项目学校经费来源渠道单一,导致训练经费不充足,场地设施不完善,不能满足运动队的训练需求。5.河南省中学省级乒乓球传统项目学校运动队训练的时间基本上都可以得到保证,但选材缺乏科学性,训练计划不完善,缺乏长期系统的训练计划,教练员只对参训队员的身体素质和专项技术重视,对队员的心理素质训练认识度不高,重视程度较低。针对河南省中学省级乒乓球传统项目学校训练现状中存在的问题提出以下对策:应增设中学乒乓球传统项目学校的数量,使输送渠道保持畅通,加强体育部门对学校的监管力度,令有名无实的学校进行整改;加大师资力量的投入,注重教练员科研能力的培养,发展高职称教练员,提高教练员工资待遇促进教练带队积极性的提升;参训队员的男女比例要均衡发展,握拍、打法类型要多元化发展,增加参训队员的比赛次数,体育部门要完善运动员等级证的发放政策;学校要拓宽训练经费来源渠道,完善场地设施条件;加强选材的科学化和训练的系统化,对参训队员进行有效的组织和管理。
[Abstract]:Table tennis is one of the advantages of competitive sports in China, and the achievements have a close relationship with the reserve table tennis talents nurtured by the three-level training system. It is an important task to select excellent seedlings and cultivate table tennis talents with both professional technical level and cultural quality. So it has a direct impact on training outstanding reserve talents in traditional table tennis schools. At present, the research on traditional sports schools is increasing gradually, but it has a positive impact on Henan Province. There are few researches on traditional table tennis schools, especially on the training of middle school traditional table tennis schools. This study investigates the present training situation of provincial traditional table tennis schools in Henan Province, finds out the existing problems, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward corresponding solutions for Henan Province's table tennis. This paper adopts the methods of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the training situation of provincial traditional table tennis schools in Henan middle schools. 12 coaches, 12 managers and 155 players from 12 schools are randomly selected for questionnaire survey. Investigation, analysis of the results of the survey, draw the following conclusions: 1. Henan Province, the number of provincial-level traditional table tennis schools is small, uneven distribution, resulting in unobstructed talent delivery channels, the relevant departments of supervision is not enough, some school leaders do not attach importance to, resulting in students in school can not carry out table tennis training. 2. Henan Province, the provincial-level middle school table tennis training. The age structure of coaches in traditional sports schools is reasonable and they attach great importance to their on-the-job training. The coaches lack of professional titles, weak awareness of scientific research, low scientific research ability, and the overall quality of coaches need to be improved. The training motivation of the students in traditional tennis events schools is correct, and their enthusiasm is high. They attach great importance to their own culture lessons and can deal with the relationship between learning and training better. Henan Province middle school provincial traditional table tennis project school funding sources are single, resulting in inadequate training funds, inadequate venues and facilities, can not meet the training needs of sports teams. 5. Henan Province middle school provincial traditional table tennis project school sports team training time Basically all can be guaranteed, but the selection of materials is not scientific, the training plan is not perfect, the lack of long-term systematic training plan, coaches only pay attention to the physical fitness and special skills of the trainees, the psychological quality of the players training awareness is not high, the degree of attention is low. The following countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems existing in the present training situation: we should increase the number of schools for traditional table tennis events in middle schools so as to keep the transportation channel open, strengthen the supervision of sports departments on schools, and rectify the famous and unreal schools; increase the input of teachers, pay attention to the training of coaches'scientific research ability, and develop high-ranking coaches. The salary of high coaches promotes the enthusiasm of coaches to lead the team; the proportion of men and women should be balanced, the grip should be developed, the type of play should be diversified, the number of games should be increased, the sports department should improve the policy of issuing athletes'grade certificates; the school should broaden the sources of training funds, improve the conditions of venues and facilities; Scientific selection and systematization of strong selection will effectively organize and manage trainees.
