武进区初级中学足球特色学校建设研究

【摘要】:目前,国内关于足球后备人才的培养,成为了一个公众的讨论话题,十八大以来,关于足球建设的相关鼓励政策也是不断被提出,不论是从中央关于全国足球建设的鼓励政策还是从地方关于足球建设改革的实施路径,国内关于足球建设的讨论已经成文了一个热门的话题。而足球后备人才培养体系的建设,是关于足球项目建设中关于人才培养中的一个重要环节。通过本项研究,可以为该区政府部门建立或完善有关建设足球特色学校的政策,也为区非足球特色学校开展足球运动提供积极的政策引导,促进该区校园足球运动的发展。本文以武进区初级中学足球特色建设为研究对象,采用文献资料法,专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法。通过对足球特色学校的足球运动开展情况、足球基本场地设施建设情况、学校足球教学的师资水平建设情况、学校对足球建设的经济投入情况以及家长对足球特设学校足球项目建设状况的了解等5个方面进行研究分析,发现这些学校学生的日常训练还不够连续,基础设施建设不够完善,师资结构水平不是很合理,另外相关部门对学校足球建设的资金投入不足以及学生家长对学校开展足球项目建设的支持不够。所以,针对上述提到目前关于武进区足球特色学校建设存在的问题,提出以下建议:1、建立全面系统的基础设施。2、树立正确的明确的足球学校建设目标。3、构建合理的师资结构。4、建立完善的宣传机制。5、建立丰富的足球亲子活动。本文在完善武进区足球特色学校建设的基础之上,以期为国内中学足球特色学校建设提出理论和实践上的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:At present, the training of soccer reserve talents in China has become a topic of public discussion. Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the relevant encouraging policies on football construction have been constantly proposed. Whether from the central government's encouraging policy on national football construction or from the implementation path of local football construction reform, the domestic discussion on football construction has become a hot topic. The construction of football reserve talents training system is an important link in the construction of football projects. Through this research, we can establish or perfect the policy of building football characteristic schools for the local government departments, and also provide active policy guidance for the district non-football characteristic schools to carry out football sports, and promote the development of football sports on campus in this area. This paper takes the football characteristic construction of Wujin Junior Middle School as the research object, adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, etc. Through the development of football sports in schools with football characteristics, the construction of basic football venues and facilities, the construction of school football teaching teachers, The economic input of school to football construction and parents' understanding of football project construction in special school football are studied and analyzed. It is found that the daily training of students in these schools is not continuous enough. The construction of infrastructure is not perfect, the level of teacher structure is not very reasonable, in addition, the funds invested by relevant departments in the construction of school football are insufficient, and the parents of students do not support the construction of football projects in schools. Therefore, in view of the problems mentioned above in the construction of Wujin District Football characteristic School, The following suggestions are put forward as follows: 1, to establish a comprehensive and systematic infrastructure. 2, to set up a correct and definite goal of football school construction. 3, to construct a reasonable teaching staff structure. 4. To establish a sound propaganda mechanism. 5. To establish abundant football parent-child activities. On the basis of perfecting the construction of football characteristic school in Wujin district, this paper hopes to provide theoretical and practical reference for the construction of football characteristic school in middle school in China.
