罗定中学教务管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：当前,中学的校园网络建设已经日趋成熟,学校的信息化进程也在逐步的得到推进,计算机技术和网络技术已经应用到教学过程中进行辅助教学。教务管理人员和教师在进行教务管理和教学过程中,需要对学生的基本情况和知识掌握程度进行了解和验证,这就需要教务人员能够统一管理教学和教务信息,教师实时的进行各种题型和知识点的记录,并对学生进行测试。在以往的教务和教学管理过程中,教务人员和教师都是通过手工的形式进行学生管理和教务整理,并对学生的情况进行整理并分析,这样往往需要大量的时间,不但使得教师无法把所有精力应用到教学过程中,而且不利于测试成果的分析。因此,中学内部亟需相关系统的建设。罗定中学教务管理系统是在罗定中学内部对于教务和教学业务需求的基础上,对教务和教学管理过程和运行状况进行实时的监控,实现监控管理的自动化、流程化以及规范化管理。本文所做主要工作包括以下几个方面的内容:(1)分析系统建设的主要背景和意义,充分调研教务和教学管理的业务需求,确定教务管理系统研究的主要方向;(2)通过对系统总体运行流程的分析,从学生管理、题库、成绩分析以及系统管理等方面建立系统的主要功能结构和功能模型分析;(3)借助于系统数据流图的构建,确定系统数据流入、数据处理以及数据输出等方面的关联关系;(4)完成系统的整体架构设计,以此为基础进行核心功能模块的设计,利用ASP.NET技术实现罗定中学内部的学籍管理、题库管理、试卷管理、成绩管理等功能,并通过MySQL数据库进行主要数据模型的设计;(5)建立测试用例实现罗定中学教务管理系统的测试,分析具体的测试结果,并进行部署和实施。在进行罗定中学教务管理系统设计与实现过程中,充分利用了当前先进的软件开发和实现技术,并将其应用到具体的中学教务和教学环节管理中,有助于中学教务和教学管理的规范化、流程化以及高效化管理。系统的实现与实施,有效的提高了教务管理实时监控管理的工作效率,并对其他学校进行系统设计提供了一定的借鉴作用。
