初中生人格教育探究

【摘要】:人格教育是素质教育的组成部分,重视人格教育,是符合学生健康成长与社会发展的重要举措。初中生处于人格形成和发展的关键期,需要正确的教育、引导促进其人格的发展,而初中思想品德课的性质与教学任务正好契合人格教育的要求。所以,本文将思想品德课作为学生人格养成的主要渠道,探讨初中生人格教育的内容与策略。本文由三大部分组成,第一部分对初中生人格教育的相关概念进行一般概述,从人格的概念出发探究初中生人格教育的含义、必要性和可行性。初中生的人格教育不仅满足初中生学做“真人”的需要,而且满足其成长、适应未来生活的需要。而社会的进步为初中生人格教育提供条件,新课程改革方案也体现初中生人格教育要求,思想品德课教材中也蕴藏人格教育资源,这使初中生人格教育成为可能。第二部分是对初中生人格教育目标和教育内容的研究。根据人格发展要求,将初中生人格教育定位为具备真、善、美、勇等品质的人,教育内容涉及智慧人格、道德人格、审美人格和心理人格四大方面。第三部分从初中生的人格教育实施原则和策略方面进行研究。指出在对初中生进行人格教育时,要坚持整体优化,知行并重,全面渗透等原则;并要从思想品德课教学、课外德育活动、社会德育活动三方面着手进行教育,以使初中生的人格教育更科学、更有效。
[Abstract]:Personality education is an integral part of quality education. Paying attention to personality education is an important measure in keeping with students' healthy growth and social development. Junior high school students are in the critical period of personality formation and development, need correct education, guide and promote the development of their personality, and the nature and teaching tasks of moral education in junior high school just accord with the requirements of personality education. Therefore, this article regards the ideological and moral course as the main channel to cultivate students' personality, and probes into the contents and strategies of junior high school students' personality education. This paper is composed of three parts. The first part gives a general overview of the relevant concepts of junior high school students' personality education, and explores the meaning, necessity and feasibility of junior high school students' personality education from the perspective of the concept of personality. The personality education of junior high school students not only meets the needs of junior high school students to learn to be "real person", but also satisfies their growth and adapts to the needs of future life. The social progress provides the condition for the junior high school students' personality education, the new curriculum reform plan also manifests the junior high school student's personality education request, the ideological and moral lesson teaching material also contains the personality education resources, this makes the junior high school student's personality education possible. The second part is to the junior high school student personality education goal and the education content research. According to the requirements of personality development, the personality education of junior high school students is defined as a person with the qualities of truth, goodness, beauty and courage. The content of education involves four aspects: intelligent personality, moral personality, aesthetic personality and psychological personality. The third part carries on the research from the junior high school student's personality education implementation principle and the strategy aspect. It is pointed out that in carrying out personality education for junior high school students, we should adhere to the principles of overall optimization, equal emphasis on knowledge and practice, comprehensive penetration, and so on, and should start to carry out education from three aspects: moral education, extracurricular moral education and social moral education. In order to make junior high school students' personality education more scientific, more effective.
