中学创新人才成长的德育环境及其优化路径研究

【摘要】:当前我国经济发展进入新常态,迫切需要用“创新驱动发展”来破局。中学创新人才是创新人才成长的早期阶段,基础教育阶段如何厚植利于创新的德育环境,做好创新人才的早发现、早培育是当前中学人才培养的题中应有之意。因此,为回应这种关切,本文拟对中学创新人才成长的德育环境进行探讨,以期给出优化路径。本文共分为四个部分。第一部分对中学创新人才成长的德育环境的必要性和中学创新人才成长所需的德育环境的特殊性进行了探讨。首先从创新人才的内在素质和中学创新人才的成长规律两个方面分析创新人才的成长离不开适宜的德育环境。其次,进一步探讨了中学创新人才成长所需的德育环境的特殊性。“德才兼备”是人才评价普遍标准,创新活动是价值活动,创新活动的在实施过程和结果评价中都离不开德性因素的考量。此部分的探讨为我们优化德育环境提供依据。第二部分对当前德育环境不适应中学创新人才成长的具体表现进行分析,并对其背后的原因进行了探讨。当前德育环境不适应中学创新人才成长的表现分别从物质德育环境、文化德育环境、制度德育环境、人际德育环境的建设上给出了具体的分析。从人们的思想认识上,传统文化因素,时代因素以及根本性的制度设计上探寻德育环境不利于创新人才的成长的原因。此部分为德育环境的优化提供方向。第三部分提出优化的德育环境的路径。从观念层面、学校教育的实践改革层面、社会共建层面以及国际借鉴层面具体阐述了优化德育环境的路径。观念是行动的先导,优化德育环境首先要更新德育观念,明确以德育引领创新人才。学校德育环境的实践改革是中学培育创新人才的着力点。从校园物质德育环境,文化德育环境,课程实施环境,教学组织环境、学校制度环境,人际环境等方面进行了探讨。政府企业学校共建,形成教育合力,是基础教育阶段培养创新人才的保障,明确三者在创新人才培养中的角色,从政策实施、体制机制设计上落实创新精神和创新人格的塑造。最后,我们培养创新人才应具有国际视野。
[Abstract]:At present, China's economic development has entered the new normal, and it is urgent to break down the situation by "innovation-driven development". Creative talents in middle schools are the early stage of the growth of creative talents. How to cultivate the moral education environment conducive to innovation in the basic education stage, and how to find out the innovative talents well, and how to cultivate them as early as possible is the proper meaning of the current middle school talents cultivation. Therefore, in order to respond to this concern, this paper intends to explore the moral education environment for the growth of creative talents in middle schools in order to provide an optimized path. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the necessity of moral education environment and the particularity of moral education environment. Firstly, this paper analyzes the proper moral education environment for the growth of innovative talents from two aspects: the inherent quality of creative talents and the growth law of creative talents in middle schools. Secondly, it further discusses the particularity of the moral education environment needed for the growth of creative talents in middle schools. "both morality and talent" is the universal standard of talent evaluation, innovation activity is value activity, and the implementation process and result evaluation of innovation activity can not be separated from the consideration of virtue factor. This part of the discussion for us to optimize the moral education environment provides the basis. The second part analyzes the concrete performance of the current moral education environment which can not adapt to the growth of creative talents in middle schools, and probes into the reasons behind it. The current moral education environment is not suitable for the growth of creative talents in middle schools, and the concrete analysis is made from the construction of material moral education environment, cultural moral education environment, institutional moral education environment and interpersonal moral education environment. In terms of people's ideological understanding, traditional cultural factors, times factors and fundamental institutional design, this paper explores the reasons why moral education environment is not conducive to the growth of innovative talents. This part provides the direction for the optimization of moral education environment. The third part puts forward the path of optimizing moral education environment. From the perspective of concept, practical reform of school education, social co-construction and international reference level, this paper expounds the path of optimizing moral education environment. Idea is the forerunner of action. In order to optimize the environment of moral education, we must first renew the concept of moral education and make it clear that we should lead creative talents by moral education. The practical reform of school moral education environment is the focus of cultivating creative talents in middle schools. This paper discusses the material moral education environment, the cultural moral education environment, the curriculum implementation environment, the teaching organization environment, the school system environment, the interpersonal environment and so on. The joint construction of government enterprise schools and the formation of educational resultant force are the guarantee of cultivating innovative talents in the stage of basic education, and the roles of the three in the cultivation of innovative talents should be clearly defined, and the innovative spirit and personality should be realized from the aspects of policy implementation, system and mechanism design. Finally, we should have an international perspective in training innovative talents.
