中职语文教学提升学生职业素养的实践策略研究

【摘要】:本文是针对中职语文教学提升学生职业素养进行的系统专门研究,通过中职学校培养目标和语文学科教学目标,以笔者所在学校为例,分析中职语文教学现状及中职学生职业素养现状,并寻找出中职语文教学提升学生职业素养的可行性论证,结合相关理论与实践,提出中职语文教学提升学生职业素养的实践策略。本文的研究大体上可以分为以下几个部分:第一章,导论部分,主要阐述本文研究原由,研究内容及所采用的研究方法等;第二章,主要阐述中职学校培养目标定位和分析职业素养的理论内涵,通过了解中职学校的培养目标和学生职业素养的构成,进一步分析学生职业素养的培养在实现培养目标中的地位,探索学校培养学生职业素养的途径等,由此引出学科教学是培养学生职业素养的重要途径之一,为后文的论述打下基础;第三章,针对“中职语文教学与学生职业素养现状”,以笔者所在学校学生为研究对象,通过大量的问卷调查,将收集到的数据分析比较,总结出中职语文教学与学生职业素养现状,进而深入挖掘发现“中职语文教学提升学生职业素养的可行性”;第四章,主要阐述中职语文教学提升学生职业素养的原则与策略,论述重点在策略部分。本章共分七个部分论述中职语文提升学生职业素养的策略:其一,中职语文教师提升自身职业素养;其二,依中职语文新大纲为标准,开展语文教学工作;其三,依据教材,深入挖掘教学文本中的职业素养内涵;其四,教师灵活运用教学方法,因势利导,培养学生职业素养;其五,建立语文学科的发展性评价机制;其六,组织学生参加社会实践,进行职业体验;其七,加强对学生心理素质的疏导,使其形成健康人格。
[Abstract]:This paper is a systematic and specialized study on how to promote the students' professional accomplishment in the secondary vocational school. Through the training goal of the secondary vocational school and the teaching goal of the Chinese subject, the author takes the school where the author belongs as an example. This paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools and the present situation of vocational students' professional literacy, and finds out the feasibility of improving students' professional literacy by Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools, combining with relevant theories and practice. Put forward the practical strategy of improving students' professional accomplishment in Chinese teaching in secondary vocational school. The research of this paper can be divided into the following parts: the first chapter, the introduction, mainly describes the original reasons of this study, research content and research methods, etc. This paper mainly expounds the orientation of the training goal of the secondary vocational school and analyzes the theoretical connotation of the vocational literacy. Through the understanding of the training goal of the secondary vocational school and the composition of the students' professional accomplishment, it further analyzes the status of the cultivation of the students' professional literacy in the realization of the training goal. This paper explores the ways of cultivating students' professional literacy and so on, which leads to the fact that subject teaching is one of the important ways to cultivate students' professional literacy, which lays the foundation for the later discussion. Chapter three, in view of the present situation of Chinese teaching and students' professional literacy in secondary vocational schools, Taking the students of my school as the research object, through a large number of questionnaires, this paper analyzes and compares the collected data, and summarizes the current situation of Chinese teaching and students' professional accomplishment in secondary vocational schools. The fourth chapter mainly expounds the principles and strategies of the secondary vocational language teaching to improve the students' professional literacy, and discusses the emphasis on the strategy part. This chapter is divided into seven parts to discuss the strategies of improving students' professional literacy: first, teachers of secondary vocational school to improve their own professional literacy; second, according to the new syllabus of secondary vocational language as the standard to carry out Chinese teaching work; third, according to the teaching materials, Deeply excavate the connotation of professional accomplishment in teaching text; fourth, teachers use teaching method flexibly, guide and cultivate students' professional accomplishment according to the situation; fifth, establish the developmental evaluation mechanism of Chinese subject; sixth, organize students to participate in social practice, To strengthen the guidance to the psychological quality of the students and make them form a healthy personality.
