对高中体育特长生的功能动作筛查与训练促进的实验研究

【摘要】:基本运动技能(Fundamental Movement Skills,即FMS),是指涉及头、手、躯干、腿等不同身体部位进行诸如走、跑、跳、投掷、击打、平衡等动作技能。这些技能是运动的基本技能也是各种专项运动技能的基础。FMS功能动作筛查是针对人在从事各种运动技能和掌握并形成基础动作的过程中,可能存在的代偿运动或损伤风险等问题进行筛查的一种科学方法。通过7个功能动作模式的筛查和3个排除性测试,可以快速准确地对身体的基本动作逐一排查,得出科学直观的理论数据,为纠正错误动作训练计划和运动处方提供有效依据。需要根据不同人群制定出有针对性的、分层次的测试方法,从而扩展其功能和价值,为人体运动损伤的恢复与再生提供帮助。本文采用文献资料法、实验法、测试法和数理统计法这4种研究方法,尝试对受试对象进行的为期2个月测试所获得的数据进行统计,通过一系列的文献为理论基础,加以科学训练的原则所制定的训练计划,能使受试的运动员在测试时间内有运动成绩以及身体素质指标上的提升,从而达到可以初步建立一个青少年运动员训练与赛前突击的练习模板,从而达到所要达到的目的。结果显示,针对性的训练,无论是在负荷和强度上,都有较显著的效果,较局部针对性训练所要达到的效果更好,对受试对象的身体功能与测试成绩都有着促进作用,多样的训练手段和科学的训练方法,可以很有效地调动青少年运动员的训练积极性,从而达到一个很好的训练效果,为今后在青少年运动员领域的科学研究提供一个初步的依据和基点,为新的训练手段的开发提供一个方向,在不久的将来可以作为青少年运动员大众化训练的参考,为我国的青少年运动员提供更多的保障,使其无论在考学还是竞赛方面都能发挥在当下时期最完整的身体极限能力,为创造好的成绩赢取更多的空间与作用感。

In order to expand its function and value, it is necessary to develop targeted and hierarchical testing methods according to different population groups, and to provide help for the recovery and regeneration of human motion injury. In this paper, four research methods, document method, experiment method, test method and mathematical statistics method, are used to analyze the data obtained from the 2-month test, which is based on a series of literatures. The training plan developed by the principle of scientific training enables the athletes to improve their performance and physical fitness during the test period. Thus, we can establish a training template for young athletes and pre-competition assault preliminarily, so as to achieve the goal to be achieved. The results show that the pertinence training, whether in load or intensity, has a better effect than that of local training, and it can promote the body function and test results of the subjects. Various training methods and scientific training methods can effectively mobilize the training enthusiasm of young athletes, thus achieving a very good training effect. To provide a preliminary basis and basis for scientific research in the field of juvenile athletes in the future, to provide a direction for the development of new training means, and to serve as a reference for popular training of young athletes in the near future. To provide more protection for the young athletes in our country, so that they can play the most complete physical limit ability in the present period, and win more space and sense of action in order to create good results.
