物理教学中提升学生自我效能感的策略研究

【摘要】：自我效能感是由美国心理学家班杜拉在1977年最先提出,是指个体对有效控制自己生活诸方面能力的知觉或信念。人们接受并整合来自实践的掌握经验、替代性经验、言语说服以及在活动过程中的生理和情感状态等方面的效能信息形成自我效能感。自我效能感又通过影响个体的认知过程、动机过程、情感过程和选择过程而调节人类活动。物理学习自我效能感即学生在物理学科的学习过程中所形成的一种从情感到行为的主观感受,它既影响到学习过程的结果,又会作用于学习过程和学习行为。本论文以高中物理教学为背景,结合高中生的自身特点,旨在探索培养高中生自我效能感的内容和方法,其研究动因有二:高中生自我效能感与学业成绩有着密切的联系;对高中生自我效能感关注度的缺失。本研究的内容主要包括三大方面:了解目前部分高中生物理学科内自我效能感的现状;三位同学的个案和班级整体的研究;分析影响学生自我效能感形成的主要因素,探索自我效能感的培养方法。
[Abstract]:Self-efficacy, first proposed by American psychologist Bandura in 1977, refers to an individual's perception or belief in the ability to effectively control all aspects of his life. People accept and integrate experience from practice, alternative experience, verbal persuasion and the physical and emotional state in the process of activity to form a sense of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy regulates human activities by influencing individual cognitive, motivational, emotional and selection processes. The self-efficacy of physics learning is a kind of subjective feeling from emotion to behavior formed by students in the course of learning physics. It not only affects the result of learning process, but also affects the learning process and learning behavior. With the background of physics teaching in senior high school and the characteristics of senior high school students, this thesis aims to explore the contents and methods of cultivating high school students' self-efficacy. The research motivation is twofold: high school students' sense of self-efficacy is closely related to their academic achievement; Lack of attention to high school students' sense of self-efficacy. The content of this study mainly includes three aspects: understanding the current situation of self-efficacy in some senior high school students in physics; the case study of three students and the study of the class as a whole; analyzing the main factors that affect the formation of students' self-efficacy. To explore the training method of self-efficacy.
