辽宁省中小学综合实践基地(学校)效能研究
[Abstract]:Comprehensive practice activity is a kind of practice activity in the form of survival experience, quality expansion, scientific practice, special education and so on, which is carried out by primary and middle school students in the comprehensive practice base (school) outside school. The comprehensive practical activity curriculum is a compulsory course from the third grade of primary school to the senior high school according to the national basic education curriculum plan. According to Zheng Yanxiang's theory of school efficiency, this study starts with the administrative efficiency of the administrators of the comprehensive practice base (school) in primary and secondary schools. Starting with the teaching efficacy of full-time teachers and the learning efficiency of students, this paper constructs an evaluation model that meets the practical and realistic needs of the development of the comprehensive practice base (school) in primary and secondary schools. The model is used to evaluate the efficiency of the comprehensive practice base (school) of primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province. The study shows that the administrative leadership efficiency of the administrators of the comprehensive practice base (school) of primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province is good. But the full-time teacher's teaching efficiency is low, and the students' learning efficiency in the comprehensive practice base (school) can not reach the expected effect. Further analysis of the main problems affecting the effectiveness of the comprehensive practice base, and put forward four optimization suggestions, in order to promote the comprehensive deepening of compulsory education curriculum reform in Liaoning Province, in-depth implementation of the core quality of student development as follows: (1) repositioning, Give full play to the unique educational function of the comprehensive practice base (school) of primary and secondary schools. (2) standardize the curriculum development and perfect the evaluation mechanism, The comprehensive practice should be included in the evaluation of students' development core accomplishment. (3) perfect the mechanism of training and employment of comprehensive practical teachers and improve the professional level of teachers. (4) coordinate the allocation of resources and popularize the innovative practice schools in senior high schools.
